The property asked me for pre check-in form which is okay I guess but on it, I specifically requested a room away from stairs and elevators and guess what? They placed me right next to the elevators completely disregarding my request. The housekeeping lady disregarded DO NOT DISTURB sign on the door and tried to enter my room while I was still in bed. Totally unprofessional and unacceptable. The room and bathroom design is weird and counter intuitive (probably the worst I've seen) You could smell mold in the air which made my respiratory system itch. Tried using the pool on a Saturday but it was already packed with people who weren't even staying there. They allow random people to purchase a bracelet so it becomes first-come-first-serve situation without any priority or accommodation for the hotel guests. In other words, money talks.. forget about your hotel stay experience. The lobby is loud and it's hard to hear the attendants taking your reservation information so I had to come the next day and ask why my charge on the card is so high. I wasn't mad about the charges because it was deposit but the fact that it was so uncomfortable to check in at the desk after being tired flying to get to the place. My trip to Miami Beach was great but this hotel was the most disappointing aspect of the trip. You would have to pay me to stay here again. I do not recommend.

Things we didn’t like: - only valet parking available for $50 a day - Hotel looks nothing like the pictures - Our rooms were outdated - The shampoo/conditioner and lotions were all empty. - The carpet was all torn up - The couch felt disgusting to even sit on - They jam packed the mini fridge of items you have to pay for to the point we couldn’t fit our own drinks in it. - The staff weren’t friendly at the front desk at all - The pool deck chairs were not clean so we didn’t even sit on them - Hallways are super dark - The bathroom has 2 doors when you only need 1. The one going into the area where the 2 beds are is glass and has a gap so when sharing a room with others it’s awkward. The things we liked: - The water view - Mr baguette is the perfect breakfast place to go which is a 2 min walk.

We originally stayed at this hotel approx 15 years ago, when this was a gorgeous and well looked after hotel. Very little has been updated since, other than random pictures of a woman (if you know you know!) appears to now have been white washed over. The property is in desperate need of renovation and upkeep. We stayed for a week and during this time, the only housekeeping done was bins emptied and towels replaced. The bed wasn’t changed and the floor was NEVER cleaned.. the bathroom was also untouched. Although the staff were not rude, they were not friendly at all. Bags are checked when going to the pool area as no food or drink is allowed to be brought in and must be purchased from there. $10 for a can of beer and $17 for a very small pre made cocktail. We even had an empty water bottle taken away. The hotel is in a good location if you’re not looking to party constantly. You’re out of the hustle and bustle but it’s a nice 15min walking distance to the action. Overall the hotel is ok. Average stay. Average review.

The hotel is very clean. The beach club and view of the water is very nice. The room isn't worth the money though, it needs updating. Breakfast service was somewhat slow. It is pretty close to the beach, but will probably get a hotel on the beach next time.

Everything about food and services was excellent, the big problem is the room condition , sofa was super dirty, floor was dirty. Ac was not working properly. And they charge me $1239 for 2 nights. In my opinion I am not come back . The room was extremely dirty. The sheets and comforter smelled bad and felt unclean. The sofa was filthy, and the outdoor table was completely rusted. The overall cleanliness of the hotel was unacceptable. For the high price, I expected much better quality and service. Sadly, I cannot recommend this hotel.
