The Ocean Walk Condominium is a Historic Art Deco Property located on Ocean Drive in the quieter and more exclusive “South of Fifth” Neighborhood.

There are many Positive Reviews of this apartment over the past 10 years on other Vacation Rental Websites.

The Ocean Walk is one of the only reasonably priced, Direct Oceanfront Buildings between 1st and 15th Streets on Ocean Drive and available at a fraction of the cost of neighboring properties.

There is a very nice pool between the building and the beach and a Free Boucher Brothers Beach Pass for Beach Furniture on the beach. The apartment also provides Two Backpack Style Beach Chairs, two Beach Towels, + One Beach Umbrella.

The Studio has a Kitchenette with a Full-Size Refrigerator, Combination Air Fryer/Toaster Oven; Microwave, Coffeemaker and most everything else needed for food and drink.
