Well let’s start here.
When I arrived to this location I thought I was going to enjoy it like I have before.
Wrong. When I was checking in as I gave the staff my ID she says oh we have two ppl here with your last name. I looked at her and said you have my ID.
I was trying to surprise my boyfriend with my cousin and her boyfriend joining us on the trip. Then the lady called my cousin name out loud.
As if that was called for so my boyfriend said oh that’s the surprise.
I was pissed tf off. Then we had no hot water in the shower only in the sink.
Then the elevator stop working 6/16/2025 I asked the lady at the front desk when will it be up and running again? She said we just called someone out to fix it. They must be coming from the island somewhere because when we left it still wasn’t working.
Now I will say the location was nice , the food is great ,& they give you one free drink from 5/6 during happy hour.
The staff at the front desk never apologized after I told her she ruined my surprise. So I was really disappointed with this location I will never visit it again.
