Everything was great. Just a few blocks from Hispanola where lots of great restaurants are located. The room was very comfortable and spotless. The staff was very accommodating. I asked for a very late checkout and was nicely accommodated . There was a fee, but worth it. Desk staff was extremely helpful. Love this hotel.

Staff was not friendly, room was filthy, sheets were stained, sink was clogged, toilet had toothpaste all over the seat. We would not stay there again or recommend to anyone.

Bathroom needs to be cleaned better and it stinks really bad. The hotel is located near lots of other things. There was a tall chainlink fence blocking access to the ocean so we weren’t able to walk there, it looked like they were installing temporary structures along the beach so not sure what they are doing there at the present time.

The staff Josh been there for years very helpful and professional! The rooms are always clean and comfy. The biggest tvs and the best showers as well. And the location is perfect! I always enjoy my stay and The Kent Hotel!

Great location. Modern looking room. Rain style shower. Friendly staff. Only complaint with isn't much is that we were over the kitchen so you could hear chopping and grinding in the early hours of the morning. Still 5 stars from me based on the experience.

From the looks of the room it’s nice but it was a lot of things wrong the toilet was nasty which I had to clean with my own cleaning wipes and the sink! The shower had nats flies in it flying around sure it has to come from the drain not being clean, needs an update rust everywhere, stains on the wall, mirror dirty! Wasn’t a comfortable stay. I wouldn’t book again

Our stay at The Kent Hotel was honestly perfect. From the front desk staff, to the cleaning staff, they were all very welcoming and helpful. The hotel was very clean and well taken care of. It is only 3 floors, but they have an elevator for those that need it. They provide beach towels for your use. And offer valet parking at the hotel. The hotel is on Collin’s Ave, just 1 block from Ocean Dr- prime location! I will definitely recommend and will be back. Thank you for making our stay so wonderful!

Leak in ceiling of bathroom. Located by stairwell which was used frequently. Tenant above could be heard walking in middle of night. Front staff pleasant. Restaurant adjacent had pleasant hostess but breakfast server rude, food cold, service terrible and was told two times that there were no free refills on coffee. To get more coffee had to flag the hostess to have more coffee.
