There was no heat. Sheets had stains on them. Shower floor was crusty. Rooms smelled like weed because the workers would go out back to smoke and they were right by the window. Also it’s very loud in that particular room. If you’re assigned room 107 ask to move immediately!

Pillows terrible, bed squeaky and not comfortable, shower not clean, and no vent in the bathroom which makes it a sauna. Makeshift vanity in the main room because the bathroom had no counter space. paint chipped throughout, and the room was tiny with a room looking out to the dumpsters in the alley. AC unit was loud, clunky, and basically has two settings: cold and hot. For the price, very disappointed.

Wes was wonderful at front desk. Breakfast was not free but great price and excellent. Room is good but on front of hotel. Good for seeing the action but the base speaker noise pumped till midnight from the restaurant on the side of the hotel.

Hotel staff was amazing and accommodating to our needs for our one night stay. The shuttle advertised at the front desk is not included and third party for those interested in using this hotel prior to cruising. Breakfast is not included in the hotel. There are many restaurants in the area however we had breakfast at the linked restaurant to the hotel as it was advertised 20% off for hotel guests. It was not honoured even when the server asked the manager. I would have considered eating at another restaurant however disappointed being misled.

The walls are paper thin! Be prepared to hear every detail of neighboring conversations, including families arguing directly above your room, as well as constant noise from foot traffic and talking in the hallways. Furthermore, the doors pose a significant safety risk and security hazard as they do not close completely. Finally, the actual rooms bear little resemblance to the advertised photographs.
