My husband and I choose this hotel to celebrate our 20th years anniversary. The hotel offers an indoor and outdoor pools and the location right on the beach is what brought us there. The hotel is VERY worn out and a lack of clean. The carpet in the hallway seems very duty and it’s smell. Our room also was smelling funny. We arrived before the check in time and we were told our room was ready. We were very happy but when we got to the room with our luggage, it was not clean. The trash can was filled with the trash/ food from the previous guest. The bathroom had trash too and it was not clean. We were very disappointed. I also think the hotel could do better for a guest who chooses to stay at the property for a big celebration. We have stayed in a hotel in Maine for our anniversary and was surprised with an upgrade, bottle of champagne and chocolate w/ strawberry. It was very thoughtful.

Gorgeous hidden gem

Beautiful hotel and resort located right on their own beach. Great pool, beautiful scenery. Great for a couple or family stay with all the amenities that you would want including on site restaurant, outdoor bar, 2 pools, and an arcade.

I only complaint about the property is that they advertised that the restaurants would be open and only one of them was. The coffee shop the pizza shop we’re not open for breakfast or lunch. Only the large expensive restaurant was open. If they had updated their website, we could’ve made better plans for our meals. It left us scrambling trying to figure out where to get breakfast. Other than that, we really loved our stay.

It was a beautiful location, however the pool and outdoor area does not have any shade. A few umbrellas around. I think perhaps some trees or awnings all around the pool would be nice and would make things more comfortable for people. The bed was too low with only a base; it did not have a box spring so it was a little difficult to get in and out of.

The resort is nice however if you are staying without your own vehicle beware that you are in a remote area with limited transport. This was a pleasant trip to say the least however spending upwards of forty dollars one way to get to the ferry terminal outgrew its welcome very soon. The resort is nice and very well upkept but needs transportation services via a shuttle to the woods hole ferry terminal.

We had reservations for the weekend after the flesh eating bacteria was contracted from the waters at Seacrest. We had to cancel due to my daughter having an open wound after having surgery. This was one week away from our reservation. Seacrest declined to change our dates or offer anything for a refund. We will not be booking here again. This is very disappointing after being repeat patrons at this resort

My only complaint

My only complaint is we had no hot water. The 2 days we were there....cold showers. Not happy. Oh but add more entrees to your restaurant The Lantern Room.

Loved the venue, the beach, the live music, the restaurant, the outdoor bar. Great bartender. Excellent musician. Wonderful people in restaurant. Love the new chef. The Bathroom was in surprising and thoughtless disrepair. Ceiling fan filled with dust. Broken fixtures and broken shower curtain. Electric sloppily cut out and not well covered six inches from bathtub. Other electric jerryrigged around mirror. Discontinued three liquirds dispenser/holder still mounted n shower empty. That bathroom was a laughable embarrassment at best and it was potentially very dangerous.
