The room was never finished being cleaned when we got there. There was still a pile of dirt next to a broom and the tubs were not clean. Was advised i would have to contact Expedia since I booked through a third party and was never even offered another unit even though the condition of the Villa had nothing to do with Expedia. Very poor customer service

AC issues in unit

Upon arrival the AC was not working. Called the front desk to request mainatenance. No one came until the next day after 12pm. Batteries needed to be replaced. Later that evening the AC stopped working again. Called the front desk to request maintenance again. Requested someonr come asap so we didn't go another night without AC. They came within the hour. Have to vaccum the unit. All good after that.

Everything was exceptional. Only down side was the Master bedroom did not have power so none of the lights worked. Maintenance came out and had it fixed super fast. Best stay ever!
