Always a nice stay.

Havent stayed here since 2017. Pretty much the same so that was nice. Quiet. Nice pool area. Old Town is right across the parking lot. The only complaint we had was the pillows. Oh they were awful. I needed to use THREE to make it feel like one pillow. Paper thin. So an upgrade to the pillows in the rooms would be a game changer! :)

I have stayed at this hotel so frequently over the last 30 years. It is maintained always clean. Staff is polite and always extremely helpful! Near several restaurants walking distance! Conroy is always so kind and always makes sure my ailing mom over the years has her pool view and extra blankets.

The common areas were filthy. You can tell that this is a popular hotel because of the economical cost, but they should really employee more people to take care of the common areas. The carpets in the hallways, the floors outside of the elevators - all were filthy. The room is ok. I did find that it was outdated and could use some TLC. The AC unit was dusty. The sheets had hairs on them. I could tell that the side table hadn’t been cleaned from the last guests. The toilet was falling apart. Overall, I wouldn’t stay here again.

Not a horrible hotel, just needs a major overhaul. Common areas are worn, beds are hard, pillows are terrible, pool towels are not kept in stock, no housekeeping (other than replacing towels and taking out trash), raccoons digging through trash constantly, has a lot of cosmetic issues. I won’t be returning nor would I recommend.

It was a very nice hotel. There were a lot of options of things to do right outside the hotel. The pool area was nice along with the Tiki Bar. I would recommend this hotel.
