This was my 4th time staying. The hotel is nice but could use a minor facelift. The downside. I found hair in my eggs at breakfast and it seemed like every time I left my room I had to get my keys reprogrammed

My family and I have been staying at this property for many years. It has potential. There are many things to love about this place. Location, Parking, pool, and the breakfast. However, it’s in dire need of upgrades. To keep up with today’s technology. Our recent stay wasn’t the best. We’re not sure why but there were days in our week stay that know one came to our room to clean. Trash was still there. Beds were not made. A bulb from one of the lamps wasn’t working. The only power source for usb seems not to be working at its capacity. The Air Conditioner was clocking 63 but the room felt a bit more warmer. My wife went to speak to front desk about house keeping but it seems they had no answer. If you have kids with phones, game systems and you have multiple devices for charging this might not be the most ideal place. I really believe if they do the necessary adjustments to keep up with our technological devices they will keep families coming. But it’s a need of some major upgrades. I’ve seen the decline in housekeeping. Not sure if this is due to Covid-19 and they just never was able to bounce back. I still like this property. This is probably my last stay for this year.

We had to keep asking for towels tissue door knob came off the door to get into one of the rooms night Auditor was horrible nasty attitude had myself and other family members standing around for over 25 minutes to get checked in seems if they watched most black people that was there at the hotel as if all of them were criminals are beneath them but over all the rooms was ok the poole was the best thing they had going on housekeeping sucks breakfast sucks Day shift front desk was the best I was ready to go somewhere else but my family said we would suck it up and stay but never to return again we want stay anywhere where we’re not welcome .

Great Choice

We came for a business conference and needed a cheaper alternative. We were pleasantly surprised, this had free bkfst free parking and we had a suite. It was located close to some fun amenities you could walk to.

Area was well surrounded by stores and restaurants. The best part is 24 hour access to the pool. Our only bad experience is that the rooms felt a little outdated and had a fews ants and one cockroach in the room. This was on our last day so we didn't complained about it. I would recommend the hotel that they consider housekeeping on a daily instead of every third day.
