**** DO NOT STAY HERE!!! **** THIS HOTEL IS INFESTED WITH BUGS INCLUDING BED BUGS. VERY RUDE STAFF AND FILTHY ROOMS. I HAVE REPORTED THIS HOTEL TO THE HEALTH INSPECTOR. EXPEDIA SHOULD NOT EVEN OFFER THIS HOTEL AS AN OPTION. OF COURSE NO REFUND AS OFFERED BY THE HOTEL OF EXPEDIA. I HAVE PICTURES AND VIDEO. I WILL NOT LET THIS GO. THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS.

Pros: Room size was great, clean room (no room service), maintenance attended to our service request quickly, staff polite and bilingual. Cons: Breakfast was poor (only had waffle maker, cereal, and coffee. No milk, no other hot options, a few pieces of bread to try to make toast.

0 stars if possible. Was charged a resort fee for a roach and bedbug infested room. Stay far away from this place. Surprised a place like this is still open for business. I guess Florida has to type of regulations when it comes to infestions. Stay far away!!!
