I booked this resort in June and they assured everything was working (waterpark/pool/splash pad etc.) so I went ahead and booked a couple rooms December 20-21, 2025 as confirming I can check in early and they said that's never an issue to come after 1 PM. Upon arrival the place looked dated, but the lady behind the counter was rude to my wife so I came in and she was then trying to charge me for checking in early (please also note I called at 11:30 AM the same day and they confirmed come anytime between 1-2PM and no Charge). She then said okay fine, no charge and said they were fully booked. She charged the $25 "resort fee" and then $100 deposit. I asked if everything was on and can be used, to my surprise the whole WATERPARK IS IN DISREPAIR! My 3 kids were upset and so was my wife and I. The slides are faded, the framing is all rusted and to top it off the only little pool that was open was 71 degrees. Was like hose water. That all being said, the only decent thing about this place is the room. The room was clean but also had issues. The bathroom had mould, the tub was cracking and flaking. Please see the pictures posted and you can see for yourself the horrible shape it's in, caution tape up everywhere and the bathroom issues. If I knew all of these issues and the waterpark was not working, definitely would not have booked here. This is an HONEST REVIEW and I would NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE TO STAY THERE. DEFINITELY SHOULD GET A REFUND ON THIS ONE.

When I booked it said no extra resort fees. When arrived I had to pay $25 day including that day and I arrived at 10 pm. Resort fees included: Waterpark (everything closed for repairs except lazy river) and arcade room (not working/closed) and the worst breakfast ever- yogurt, toasted bread, dry cereal, coffee, apple/orange juice, fruit. Also, they heavily advertise free shuttle to parks but the one day I needed it they called me to tell me it wasn’t available so I had to spend an additional $80 for UBER. Pros: Restaurant food good except pricey for what you get and limited hours (weekend only), friendly staff, clean rooms with good AC and comfortable beds. CONS: needs upkeep, repairs, better hours, dependable bus transport and a resort fee only if you plan to use it. Also not near any parks - 45 min and nothing in walking distance. Price should reflect what you get. Overall, not worth it.

Room smelled of mold. Sink had a huge crack. Bathtub wouldn’t drain while showering. Breakfast was atrocious. Watered down juice and coffee was tasteless. No lactose free option. No protein unless you bought breakfast and then it was served cold. Bathroom floor in public area was wet and dangerous. No caution sign. No soap to wash hands. The water park was non-operational and the property was fairly run down. Would not stay here ever again!!!
