Overall really nice

Nice clean bed could have been more comfy but room was super nice waterpark is small but kids loved it. Water is freezing cold in all pools. Hot tub water was brown and cloudy

This property is run down and dirty! There was a whole in the wall all the way through! Daylight could be seen through the whole. Bugs were crawling in and out! The sheets were dirty! I requested room cleaning two times and they never came over our 5 night stay!

Over priced for bar and food . Toilet never worked 3 nights I was there reported several times . Blamed the number of guest . We were in a suite 6 people. Toilet should work

Cheap shouldn’t mean nasty

The elevators in our building didn’t work we had to carry everything up the 3 flights of stairs. It was someone’s hair all over the room bathroom beds and floors around the beds. I am African American and my daughter and I both have braids and these were straight pieces of hair I mean just literally everywhere.The sheets were stained with some type of unknown clear liquid. The room smelled like some sort of mist that lasted the entire night. There were stains of yellow in color on the floor. The most disturbing thing was my daughter who is 10 years old thought that it was a hole in the wall only to find that it was a clump of hair in the corner. We also saw a roach. We killed it but at the time we didn’t think to snap a photo. I have included pictures of the problems that I explained above. I just wanted to say that cheap doesn’t mean nasty. I purchased this room as a quick last minute trip for my daughter because she is on spring break. I will not be returning to this hotel or any Ramada hotel although I’ve always stayed at Ramada hotels in the past

Rooms were great, beds and bath perfect. Property a bit run down and no elevators to the top floors. Breakfast included did not exist, the reason, the employee in charge did not show up. IMHO the property management should be more involved and have plans in case important employees do not show up. Letting your customers down usually gets an unhappy customer telling their friends to avoid the property. Also a $35 “resort fee” was ridiculous.

Do not go here

Needs a major upgrade, pretty sure we had bed bugs. Tv didn’t work- only had 4 channels. Very dirty, nothing worked and then workers were on you about everything. Couldn’t eat inside the waterpark, couldn’t use the umbrellas on a hot day…kids were running around upstairs late at night and you could hear everything. just overall not a good stay.

I liked that there was a water park. But it was very out dated, was very noisy, dirty and stank. Music played all day while we tried to rest, as well as noise coming from the other rooms and the cleaning carts going back and forth upstairs.
