There was mold in the air purifier and the elevators did not work. The hotel receipt said I only paid $85 for the night but I paid $100???

The staff at checkin were very friendly and knowledgeable. The carpet in the hallway had a lot of stains, needs updating. The bathroom was clean but the shower curtain was stained at the bottom and the bathtub needs to be caulked and repainted. Also, the lamp on the desk was dirty and rusted. I did like that there was an air purifier in the room and that the whole hotel was nonsmoking.

I am genuinely upset and extremely disappointed with how my stay was handled. I chose this hotel expecting a comfortable and reliable experience, but from the moment we arrived, everything went wrong. Our reservation was cancelled on the hotel’s end without explanation, causing unnecessary stress after traveling and expecting a smooth check-in. Once we finally got to the room, the issues continued. The shower temperature control and showerhead are loose and pull out of the wall when used, which is not only inconvenient but a safety concern. The air conditioning is so loud that sleeping through the night is nearly impossible. Additionally, the room was not cleaned until we specifically requested it. When housekeeping did come, the towels provided had visible stains on them, which is completely unacceptable for any hotel. Communication throughout our stay was extremely poor. We reached out to the hotel manager twice and never heard back. We were also told we would receive a call at 10 AM or 3 PM, yet no one ever contacted us. It truly felt like our concerns were ignored. Even basic requests were mishandled. When I asked for hot water, I was told to use the microwave but wasn’t given a cup. When one was finally provided, it was a plastic cup that was not microwave-safe. On top of that, the ice machine we attempted to use was unplugged and unusable. This stay has been stressful, disappointing, and far below acceptable hospitality standards.

The room had about 4-5 roof stains. Found some stains in the bathroom roof and near the bed area. The TV was outdated I really was looking forward to watching Hulu on the TV. It was a little noisy at times but thankfully not when sleeping. Overall, it could have been better. Was a fair price if your getting a room under 21+.

I think this property was probably damaged by a storm, strong musty smell, flooring was thrown over the top of carpet, ac squeak, lamps in room were musty and mildew.

This is the second time I stay with my family, I love it everytime. The service is great, the rooms are nice and updated. The breakfast is also amazing very good options. This hotel is also located in a great location so close to the parks and no traffic.
