Very bad experience, front desk didnt have any clue where the rooms are and when requested for help was rude, furthremore the room had below issues. This is the worst place we ever stayed!! 1. No toilet paper in the bathroom How can a hotel forget about toilet paper? 2. The trash cans don't have plastic bags - these are basic stuff. 3. The water stopper in the bathroom was removed and kept aside and doesn't fit in!! 4. The rooms had several holes!! never know what's in there !! guests with kids beware!! 5. The bathroom door knob will not shut - how can we take bath without a lock on bathroom door - can u imagine!! 6. There was no soap in bathroom - that was classic!!.

I appreciate the effort to modernize the rooms, but unfortunately, my stay was not comfortable. The bathroom was extremely cramped—barely enough room for one person to move—and it didn’t feel entirely safe to use. The AC unit was very loud, making it difficult to get any rest, and its door wouldn’t close properly. The overall area felt quite dusty, indicating a need for a deep and thorough cleaning. While the design updates are noticeable, the hotel is in serious need of maintenance, renovation, and improved cleanliness. I hope management takes this feedback constructively to improve the guest experience.

The property was good, however the tub was high to get in (it was a jacuzzi tub, didn't know it was), I was unsure of where the external trash bins were and there was not a telephone in the room. My family and I did have an awesome stay!!

After traveling 8 hours to Central FL and anxious to get to the hotel, I checked in at 10:45pm and drove to building W, Unit 230; there was no parking. Many kids played outside on the volleyball court, so we parked far from the building. The first room I checked in, room 134, was horrible. The foul odor of cigarettes was overwhelming. The closet doors, kitchen, and bathroom were never upgraded; they were ancient and all falling apart. Due to allergies, I could not stay there. I called the front desk, and they advised me to come down. I went there, and the employee was very nice but seemed exhausted. She said she didn't have anything else but, in the end, gave me unit 134. It was around 11:30 pm by the time we got to the unit. All was old, but we were willing to stick it out since there was no odor. At 2am, I woke up sweating. There was no AC circulating in the room. I checked on the kiddos, and the room was supper hot. The next morning, we had to check out and find another place to stay. We couldn't bear it another night, much less a whole week. I hope that i get refunded for the 5 days i did not use.

This hotel has three nice swimming pools and gym, as well as a bar and restaurant. Cleanliness is great. The rooms are comfortable; however, the sofa bed in our unit was not very comfortable. The hotel is right next to Irlo Bronson Hwy, the main artery in Kissimmee, with many restaurants, stores, and other businesses and attractions in its vicinity. It is also a short drive from the Disney parks, and near Old Town.

We thought it would be amazing to spend my birthday weekend here and was absolutely turned off by this place. The hot tub was freezing cold, drugs were found in the pool kids were in, people smoking on the property wherever, and the neighbors woke us up before 8am with music and loud conversation. Asked for security to talk to them and nothing changed. Will never go back and I wish I could get a full refund for the waste of a birthday at this place.

This place is beautiful. Was definitely worth the stay . A few hiccups but we didn't let it ruin our time here. I love how they looked out in thesuits. Definitely appreciated .
