We were very disappointed to walk into our room, greeted with an immediate heat. We had tried turning the ac on and let it run, but it didn’t help unless you were standing directly in front of it. We went up to the front desk to ask for a room switch, and we were told that we couldn’t at the time and then will have maintenance fix the ac issue. We went back to our room, were maintenance came in and simply looked at the ac. He didn’t do anything. He just left, telling us that we would get a call on the room’s phone, which was also not working. The entire stay, the ac was never fixed. Since nothing was fixed the first night, we had to go out of our way and purchase two portable fans to keep on, on each side of the bed, just to be able to sleep during our stay within this unbearable florida summer heat.

The property has a second story and no elevator to access it. They didn’t have dollys to get items from the car to the stairwell so we had to make a ton of trips back and forth to get our belongs upstairs. After unloading the luggage we left and when we returned, the AC was not cooling the room. We had to switch rooms and repack to move everything to the next room. Outside of that we had a good stay. Most if not all the guests had kids and we didn’t hear them once in the room so it was a peaceful night. I thought being right in front of the playground could be disturbing but it wasn’t which was great!

We loved how its catered to children. Lots of fun stuff to do in the kids club area or out in the big park area they have designed for playing at. With lots of chairs or picnic tables and swing chairs for parents. Heated outdoor pool. Wish rooms had own microwave to make it easier as the ones outside dont look clean to use and a bit rusty. Would be great idea to have a splash pad area or little pool for smaller children as the pool you need to be in with smaller children. I would suggest. Breakfast always good and very clean. Do need updates photos as some things like the lobby area, and Breakfast area have changed the looks and areas. Staff so friendly. I cant wait to come back.
