Best resort to stay with kid's. Welcoming check in staff. Hesus was very polite and helpful. Only thing i would like them to improve is the hot breakfast. Quite repetitive and little boring. Other then that amenities, pool, kids play area just amazing!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Magic Moments,front of house staff were always friendly,place was clean, breakfast was a good mix,go 7-8am otherwise busy, enough to cater for all ,kids loved the pool area and park, good location near restaurants, shops(Aldi),free shuttle bus to certain parks ,room was clean,a little tired in places but was perfect for what we needed,great place,would return, have one gripe but don't want it to tarnish the review, few issues with housekeeping, always giving incorrect number of towels ,not a massive issue but a pain when already mentioned to the staff and your there for 2 weeks and kept happening ....

Family vacation

This was our very first family vacation. We celebrated our daughter's 6th birthday. Our daughter loves it here. Yes we will be returning again, because its very close to the parks and they have shuttle bus service. Love the vibe can't wait to come back.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Perfect family getaway with a warm, welcoming vibe! Magic Moment Resort and Kids Club is truly a hidden gem in Kissimmee. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel right at home with their friendly and attentive service. The resort is designed with families in mind — the kids’ club is full of activities that kept our little ones entertained and happy, while we enjoyed some much-needed relaxation. The rooms are clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully decorated, creating a cozy atmosphere after a long day at the nearby theme parks. The pool area is lovely, with plenty of space for both kids and adults to enjoy. Breakfast was fresh and tasty every morning, and the family-oriented touches throughout the resort really make a difference. What stood out most was the genuine warmth of the team and the way the resort balances fun for children with comfort for parents. It felt more like staying with family than at a hotel. We can’t wait to come back on our next Florida trip — Magic Moment truly lives up to its name! ✨

The property is conveniently located around multiple shopping and dining. The breakfast was always great! Probably the best part of our stay. They variety of options, and the staff was friendly. The self made/serve Mickey waffle was a delight! The manager Jesus was awesome! When he learned about the main down side we had about our rooms (lack of microwave), he offered us another room which had one. Although we declined to switch rooms with only one more night left, it was very nice of him. However, there was a central microwave in the game room. The pool was clean, and the staff kept it stacked with fresh towels. Suggestion: The shower head could use a little more cleaning, there was black buildup dirt on it. Maybe restock toiletries frequenty. Have at least 2 staff memmbers at Startbucks; the wait times were too long. After long flights people do not want to wait so long. Overall, it was so much fun for the kids-TRULY A KIDS CLUB!

Loved it- but the waffles need attention ! Lol

It was a great 2 day trip for us. The room was perfect and clean. One suggestion is for someone to prepare the waffles and keep them warm instead of having guests do it themselves. The guests were burning waffles and holding up a long line which is not a very nice breakfast experience.
