Beautiful lobby area, but then we got to our room. Very outdated, not clean (toothpaste on the bathroom counter, floor dirty), only one table lamp for the entire room and only one working outlet! Only stayed one night out of four. Front desk staff was very understanding and was able to refund me for the balance of the reservation.

The room was ok . Needs updates . The bathtub had issues with water going down really slow . The elevator took forever but we took the stairs , the lobby and front desk are nice . We asked a lady for direction on the hallways and she did not respond , some people staying at the hotel We’re helping us instead . We took our cleaning supplies and room was a bit dirty after we did a full clean up we were able to relax . As for the amenities , those were nice but people Leave garbage all over the game area . The big amazing pool was extremely cold which did not make sense because that is the main attraction and my 8YO was freezing. We used the small pool . Overall it was ok but we won’t be staying again .

It’s inexpensive for a reason. Wasn’t found of the surprise “resort fee” of $25/day they force you to buy and daily parking fee $25/day. Certainly wasn’t very visible when booking. Rooms are just ok and hallways in each bldg all have a musty smell. Lobby is nice and pools are nice. Middle of the road property.

Room was in ok condition. Requested extra towels at check in and they were left in the bathroom sink basin. Elite member food panty room was a mess, not clean, missing spoons, food storage locations were not labeled. Hallway leading to all the rooms on the floor smelled really bad, like mold. every day of our stay. No room service, only pickup from food counter in the lobby.
