Okay stay

It was okay. I had booked online a bit more expensive room that had accesible accommodations, and when I checked in the staff told me they could not see a room of accommodations in their list and had no rooms availble, so they gave me a regualr room. I am upset that I paid more for the room and was not given to me. They alerted me to contact hotels.com but I never got a reponse. The room was not as clean, the chairs had stains and food residue. Bathroom was not as clean. But overall it was an okah stay. I tried to reuqest a refund for some money back of the room I had choose at first but could not get a hold.

I took my daughter on a trip for her high school graduation. It was great! We were able to check in early and fast. The room was clean, cool and comfortable. Great breakfast, beautiful pool and atmosphere. We could even watch the Disney park fireworks from our room window. Thank you! We will be back.

Our experience here was terrible the pictures vs the actual were not the same. The rooms were horrible! I actually left a day earlier because we could not stay another night in this place. Definitely wanted to ask for my money back. Never again!

great stay and the service was excellent from checkin online to check out online. Maid service was fantastic and the new remodeled bathroom was great. One minor drawback was no local channels on the cable tv service.

It is easily one of the cheapest places to stay relatively close to the parks. Is it the best? No. We had issues with the reservation, and the restroom needing repairs. The room the offered to accommodate was in worse shape. The hotel needs renovation, it’s just beat up.

Nice clean and well located place to stay with great pool and theme park shuttle. Shuttle to the parks is very quick, return can take well over an hour and 20mins, so recommend getting an Uber home. Nice buffet Thanks for a great stay.

I had a pleasant stay overall — the staff was friendly and the location was great. However, the bathroom could have been cleaner, and there was a noticeable smell in the room that should be addressed. With a bit more attention to cleanliness, this hotel could be a much better experience.

One problem after another and little to no help. First night, we were sweating and couldn’t sleep. No matter how low we cranked the AC it didn’t help. When I approached front about it, they sent maintenance right away, however maintenance was useless. Walked in, said oh it’s cool in here, mumbled something about the bathroom door and walked out never to return. Did nothing. Next morning the roof was leaking over the bathroom, maintenance came and sucked it up, said nothing and left. I have ever had such a bad stay anywhere before.
