*THIS IS FOR THE TOWER ROOMS* This hotel is our go to spot for affordability. Is it the best hotel near Disney? No. But is it great for the price? Yes!! Tje tower rooms are always clean, quiet and comfortable. The staff is great and the hotel has some good amenities included for free like a giant chess board my kids live playing. The breakfast buffet use to be affordable, but no longer is unfortunately. They use to included it with the tower rooms back in the day when they ran specials and with restaurants across the street offering breakfast under $10 and the buffet is $15 after tax we do not do the buffet any longer. Overall it is a great hotel and i feel that, besides the buffet, you get a great value for your money!

This property has tons of things to do for the whole family the staff was always kind and helpful the general manager is always willing to go the extra mile and there's always something to do right at the hotel it's not super fancy but everything was very clean and well maintained definitely going back and would definitely recommend for the price and the value

Front desk was terrific very friendly. Bartender at sports bar was great. The room itself was in the tower and extremely noisy hearing traffic outside at all hours of night. Also, the shower water was boiling hot and temp couldnt be changed. They moved my room up a floor, same thing.

The bedrooms are old, I mean OLD, and smells like old dirty socks, but what bothered me the most was the bedroom door keys. In my 7 days stay I had to go to front desk at least once a day, as the bedroom key would not work. They magnetize it, then it works (badly) to open once maybe twice, then next day, it was out again. The staff said it could not be close to a phone or anything magnetic, ok.. fine... well.. I tried. Same issue. Now you ask, why didn't you leave? Well.. I had other family members in the same hotel, that came from another country, also I had already prepaid. I will never be back and I do not recommend this property at all.

This property had the AC broken where the room was set to 80. We couldn’t open a window or change it and had no help with this. On top of that, felt pretty unsafe with a lot of people wandering the property really late at night. We needed to leave at midnight to find another hotel.
