Pleasantly surprised! A last minute one-night stay as we returned to Orlando a day earlier than planned on NYE. Check-in was smooth. The accommodation was spacious, clean and quiet with a comfortable bed. Would consider staying for future stop-overs.

Room was clean and checkin was quick and easy; however, I was not informed that there was no hot water in the building when I checked in. Found out when I tried to take a shower, called the front desk and they said it was getting worked. Next morning, there was still no hot water and the front desk said there’s no rooms in the other buildings. Didn’t offer solution or expected repair time. When we came back in the evening, there was finally hot water. Only a significant issue because I have kids and having hot water should be a basic expectation of a hotel room.

Checkin was okay. The pool is not heated and the lazy river and slide closed at 8. Beds were nice and comfy and the temperature of the room was easy to change when needed, when the temperature dropped the heat kicked right in. We could hear the people above us which was not great and our room wasn’t cleaned during our stay.

The rooms are dated and have a slight odor. The shower heads need to be updated to detachable making it easier to rinse and clean. The sofas are very dirty with smells and stains. The beds are comfortable. However, some of the duvets have major tears and holes. The breakfast time does not really serve until 10am. Went down at 9am and the options were completely depleted. Late night desk staff not responsive. One night there was no hot water. I called 9 times from 11:40pm to 12:30am and no answer. Went downstairs sat on sofa, called the phone and watch the guest service lady ignore the phone. When i informed her of the issue she presented another room as an option. Reporting that maintenance was gone. Went to the other room and it was disheveled, used and dirty. Went back downstairs and she said the computer said otherwise. We were offered another room. That one was in better shape. However, the ac was set to 66, butnl it felt like a sauna. We just stayed in our room and took cold showers. The next morning another guests service team member acknowledged there was a hot water issue throughout the building. Had that been acknowledged initially, bouncing around roo.s at 1:30am could have been avoided. Outside of that the checkin was very pleasant and effortlessly.
