Above and beyond

We had a great stay! We always stay here! Our first night the air wasnt working properly but we stuck thru it, but the next day we called and said we needed the air checked and someone came inmediately and literally changed the whole air unit, they went above and beyond what we expected!

Overall, the place was genuinely okay. I just felt that the registration and people at the desk should have done a better job with helping customers. Also, I felt like there was just a lack of involvement with making all the customers feel secure. Very loud noise in the room floors on the hall which made my stay very uncomfortable.

Nice place to stay after the check in experience

They have big problems at their front desk being able to handle just normal check in. Im unsure if theyre under staffed or under trained. Checkin takes between 30 minutes to an hour on the low end. Its priced reasonably, but they really need to fix check in as we have had the same problem several times.

We are at the Oasis Bar the first night Thr food was expensive and cold and the beer was 10.00 a bottle or on tap The room temp was difficult to regulate and the water smelled and tasted like sulfur The positive aspects were a 6th floor room with a nice view of the pool The staff were very friendly and kind and the maintenance man found jumper cables for us when our vehicle wouldn’t start

It was a fabulous hotel with staff being very generous and concerned about your well being. The amenities okay, but the lazy river was the best. To be able to walk to Old Town was the best, every thing within 1-3 miles was convenient. We will always remember and return to the Red Lion Hotel.

The room was convenient and nice except for toilet issues and difficult to lock the dead bolt. The smell when I went to back of hotel to go to the room was not pleasant. We tried to use lazy river but it was so busy all the time there were no tubes for us. When we went to check out there were several sheriff cars at lobby. Not sure what happened.

Great find

Nice location, close to many nice restaurants. Lots of free parking available, clean room, nice pool, jacuzzi, plus is life jackets for kids, lazy river with floats and life guards, playground for kids. We enjoyed breakfast buffet.
