Staff would not clean room accused me of having a dog . I was told I was be charged a deep cleaning fee for my own hair that was on the carpet. I went back to hotel to show them I didn’t have a dog it was my own hair that was on the carpet. After I proved it was my hair then they told me my room was dirty and they were changing my another fee to clean it . I ended up calling the police on these people. Never once did housekeeping come. I cleaned the room myself brought in my own trash bags they literally only had to change the sheets. I will never stay here again even if it was free

Besides the super sketchy- slightly dilapidated property site, we found a couple Cockroaches on the shower, the whole room smelled musty and moldy, we had someone try to enter our room shortly after arriving and in general the whole room left us concerned about bedbugs and our overall general safety. We were constantly worried about our car and it just didn’t feel inviting. The front desk manager was nice and very friendly when we arrived but that was about it.

Beware of Bed Bugs at This Hotel My recent stay at this hotel in Orlando was unfortunately ruined by a pretty serious issue: bed bugs in the room. Out of the three of us staying there, I was the only one who ended up with bites, and some even got infected with pus. I tried to get help from the hotel, but they didn’t respond properly. They even suggested that maybe I brought the bed bugs from somewhere else, and they refused to help us with laundry to handle the issue. I’m considering filing a formal complaint and seeking compensation for the medical care I needed. In short, be very cautious if you plan to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend it until they fix this problem.

Well it is not in great shape. The staff were quite monotone and not overly friendly. And there is zero supervision for any sort of curfew. The music was Blairing and yelling and noisy. We were near the front. So 100% the front desk heard this as well. I would not recommend anyone to go to this location.

Not the best stay, but i'm frugal and it was reasonible. I had to call and wait for someone to Check In. The remote did not have batteries and I had to walk down and get them. Plants growing in the gutter. Room was hot and smelly because they were not running th ac nor a fan. Room was a 2 on the clean close. Property needs a little tender care.
