This 2-bedroom rental in Kissimmee is just 1 mile from Walt Disney and only 14 miles from Universal. This home has been completely renovated as of May 2017 with all brand new furniture and linens. This gated community is ideal for families and features plenty of updated, modern conveniences. Take advantage of the many on-site resort amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis and basketball courts, and a fully-equipped game room with a pool table and air hockey

Plan for that next exciting Florida family vacation at this pristine, two-level townhouse with full kitchen, furnished balcony, and several Oakwater amenities including a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, and fun-filled game room. The master suite has a plush king-size bed and an attached bath while the guest room has two twins. With two bedrooms, a queen-size sofa bed in the living room, and two full baths, this home sleeps up to six guests quite comfortably. Location très propre et agréable et bien située proche des parcs Disney et à côté de Walmart pour faire des courses rapides après une journée bien remplie. Le lit de la chambre parentale est très grand et confortable, un peu moins pour les lits uniques pour nos ados. Nous n’avons pas réussi à utiliser la TV pour mettre Netflix. Nous avons eu un petit souci pour ouvrir le portail de la propriété car on nous a donné le code sans nous préciser qu’il faut ajouter # avant les chiffres.

Clean and Comfortable. Parking was easy for a singular vehicle. I had zero questions for the host as everything was easy to understand and we had no issues. Townhouse is next door to a Walmart, so everything we needed could be purchased or we placed a pickup order. Beds were comfortable. We felt safe in the community. Would stay here again.

Location to Disney was amazing - easy to navigate. Had a couple of maintenance issues that got resolved. Would request a ladder be available as when the battery died in the smoke detector in the middle of the night - the high ceilings made it quite difficult to reach!! The condo was clean - had everything we needed. Bed was comfy and the pool was great. Will definitely stay again!!!

Great location, you're actually out the gate in Walmart parking lot, so convenient. I love that we had to take shoes off in house. Owners replied quickly on any questions. Very quiet neighborhood. Master bath is a bit small for two, but we made it work. ( just needs another mirror in closet) Ive maker worked great in fridge. I would stay just for location anytime Im there again!

My 2 year old and I stayed in this very convenient, gated community. We enjoyed the pool during the evening as the days were pretty hot. The host was easy to reach and responded promptly when I had questions! Walmart was very close by! We will definitely be booking this location in the future!

Perfect Spot

This is the perfect spot to stay when going to Disney! The drive is quick and it's near great restaurants! Having a Wal-Mart in the street was a huge plus for us!
