AMERON Luzern Hotel Flora
"We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and felt it was worth the price because of its great location and beautiful atmosphere. However, the air conditioning was disappointing. I’m usually someone who gets cold easily, but I was uncomfortable and hot every night, which made it difficult to sleep. Another downside was that guests had to pay an additional fee to use the gym next door. We also paid extra for breakfast, only to find out that many people got to eat without paying. A guest told us themselves they hadn’t paid. Good for them, but it was frustrating knowing we had paid for something others were getting for free. On a positive note, I contacted the hotel in advance to arrange chocolate and flowers in our room for my husband’s birthday, and they did a wonderful job making it happen. He truly appreciated the surprise, which made our stay even more special."
