"Upon check-in, Joshua went well above and beyond my expectations to accommodate my requests. That is the epitome of customer service. I would rate cleanliness at 5, however there was a long brown hair stuck to the back of the bathroom door so long that it startled me. The facility obviously is old. I wouldn't say in disrepair because you can see that it's maintained, but I'll say age deteriorating. The facility is 3 Star rated, however it's a solid 2.5.
Overall, it's a nice place to stay and I would return. "
