"Cleanliness was top notch. Bathtub drains needed repair and the room was very warm. We had the window open but t didn’t help with closed draped. Beds were very comfortable. A member of our family left his wallet in the shuttle and staff couldn’t have been nicer . It had already been returned to the hotel by the shuttle driver when we reported it!"
