Good setting, beautiful gardens, quality of food good. Service terrible - slow, unresponsive, non-anticipatory. After I pointed this out we received improved service whilst those around us continued to receive poor service

Uni Master Graduation for Grandson

We only had two nights stay ,would have liked longer, we spend time in many hotels worldwide and consider the Prioy amongst the very Best

Doesn't get any better

The comfort service and quality of our stay was second to none. I can highly recommend The Bath Spa in every way. Our sincere thanks to the staff that made our stay so relaxing and special. Ian & Mandy.

Cons: Perhaps inform people when booking that a room has a precipitous staircase, could be tricky for the elderly.
Calm and elegant. Beautiful gardens. Excellent food. Comfortable attractive room although staircase to arrive at it could present a problem for those not very ambulant.

High quality hotel, convenient for town centre.

Pros: The staff, the setting and the room.
Cons: Service could be a bit slow at times and the restaurant was, sadly, a bit of a disappointment by the standards it claims to operate to.
Location: Very pleasant, close to town, good shopping, rugby, restaurants.
Excellent staff, lovely room and gardens. Restaurant a bit underwhelming. Pleasant 20 minute walk into town centre.
