Choose a Hilton or Marriott instead?

The two staff at reception rude and disrespectful whereby helpful or accommodating in anyway. I’ve stayed in Marriott Hilton, raddisson this is by far the worst service and hotel experience I’ve had in a long. Secondly why give the guest an option for double or twin bed and only give them a twin bed for a couple makes no sense should be more equitable and punctual in dealing with the requests of the guest. Also didn’t appreciate staff or guest knocking on our door during day light to turn it down. It’s not that deep and plus we are well within our rights I will never be staying in this place again poor service apart from the bar man. Everything else was unorganized and disrespectful especially the first two receptionist in the morning at 11:00 on Friday 4th July

Solo recharge stay

When I arrived the receptionist waived my spa entry fee as a birthday gift which was so nice. My room was spacious and comfy but dated. The staff at the spa were friendly and welcoming. My therapist was attentive and gave me the nicest foot and leg treatment ever. It was heaven. The staff at the bar and restraint made me feel at ease as I was alone. It was the perfect solo stay for a tired mum to recharge.

Refreshed and restored

It was only one night but staying in a terraced room overlooking the lake we were fully refreshed for a full day ahead. Breakfast was excellent and my food allergies well catered for.

The room was difficult to reach, especially with luggage. Also, I had to return to the desk twice to have a new key cut, which was very inconvenient based on how far away the room was. Hotel is very nice and the room was great, but accessibility was difficult.
