We left early so didn't have breakfast. Room was good and clean. Parking was easy. However the board displaying charges showed £3 for guest overnight parking, apparently this was increased last year to £5. Not a big deal but the sign should be updated.

Really enjoyed my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and helpful throughout, and the amenities were well maintained. Everything felt smooth and stress-free. The Black Sheep is not open in the evenings for check-in and meals any more, and it was difficult to book online for a group larger than 4 in the Aztec restaurant. The bathroom as looking a little shabby, and the blind in the bedroom window was broken. It's convenient for us to stay and we've used this hotel twice a year for the past 4 years. It has some good offers on room rates, but standards are slipping.

The only observation is that in room 18 there were no usb charging points. There were a number of 13A sockets however these were all on the same wall as the desk and none near the head of the bed. I think this an odd missing feature. Room was clean and shower excellent. Breakfast offering in Black Pig was very pleasant as were the staff.
