Lovely room in a perfect location and great staff, however, our booking was advertised as room and breakfast, so I was disappointed when I was told in the morning they were unable to do breakfast due to not having a breakfast chef. Prior notice and a discounted rate would have been appreciated.

The hotel was ok and the room although on the small size was reasonable however the reason we felt it was not good was in the morning my daughter and I were the only ones down for breakfast at 0730hrs to be told there was a problem with extractor and therefore no hot meals were able to be provided? We found this puzzling as the night before the restaurant was full and there was no problem with the kitchen then. The breakfast put out was of a very poor standard. We will be using the Wellington again.

Nice place & well located for North Bristol

Staff and manager were all really friendly and helpful, plus room was clean and comfortable with decent shower.

The room was very comfortable and warm.

Pros: The room was very nicely equipped and warming.
Cons: Rooms 6/7/8 are up some steep winding steps alright for the able bodied ,rooms lower down are fine.
Location: The location was near to our Grandson, which is also very near the aviation museum, which has among the exibites Concorde.
WE went to visit our Grandson for the weekend,the hotel was very near to where he lives.
