Spend a long journey here and really impressed. Wonderful team with brilliant manager!! Female friendly and pet friendly! The majority of their staff are warm and outgoing girls!!! Very cozy and chill place to be!!! Best local place for traveling, bus stop at their front door, 10 mins walk could lead to many landscapes and nice bars, shops and restaurants!! Have gardens just across the street for wonderful dog 🐶 walking. On top of that, 2mins walk to Bristol swimming pool and gym accessible for public!!! Suitable for sporty guys to stay !!! The reception team are always welcoming and supportive!! Rachel, Clara and Elena have done a fantastic job!!!They deserve further raise in salary. ❤️They are extremely friendly and strong 💪 enough to help guests with carrying luggage!! When ever guests have problems with room or facilities, they are always here with supportive attitude. The reservation here is not as that strict as other hotels, they could help you with specific requests like bath tub or so if guests called in advance🥰 The house keeping team here is also very nice with caring in details. Haven’t got the chance to know all of their name, but they’re so careful!!!Sometimes even help me folding with my pajamas on the bed when making up room. Great hotel - I'd come back!

Had a warm welcome when we checked in. Our room was spacious & just what we needed. Considering we were close to the road, it really wasn't noisy (which was a relief) the location of this hotel is very close to the lovely local shops of Clifton. Highly recommend a little mooch & breakfast. I liked that this hotel had a car park. If I had to come to Bristol again, I'd definately return. Thank you!

Rooms a little dated but nothing bad Pictures of room when booking showed a bath in bathroom which I specifically wanted - the room only had shower and was told I should have requested a room with a bath - that was the only negative

The staff were phenomenal, Rachel, I believe her name was, was so welcoming the night we got there, so chatty and friendly, she made it seem like a home away from home, especially since we were so far away from home. The room was beautiful and so clean, I could’ve just lived in there forever, and the breakfast staff the morning after were so unbelievably kind, made sure we were well attended to, we definitely will be back next time we’re down there. I must say, the car park was slightly hard to find 😂 but that could have just been me, apart from that it was everything we could have asked for and more

We stayed as we were attending an event in Clifton, and the Victoria Square was ideally located. It was a 5 minute walk away. The car park was very convenient as parking around the Square would have been impossible. Much of the surrounding parking is permit only so we would have had to have parked quite some distance away. And £9/day is reasonable. Our room was at the top of the house. The room was nice, quite small and a very thin wall with the adjoining room. A bit more insulation/sound-proofing between the two rooms would be preferable as you could hear them moving around in their room, not great when they decide to get up to use the bathroom in the middle of the night and you can hear the footsteps across their room. The location is perfect, parking is good and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

Staff were so friendly and breakfast was lovely - we thought it was a bit much to have to preorder day before but it actually meant a quick, efficient service. And breakfast room very pleasant - bright and warm. The room was quiet and comfortable but a bit overpriced at nearly £100 without breakfast - everything is a bit work out. Chipped paint, old furniture, threadbare bed base. Shower was great though.
