I've never stayed in such a noisy hotel. Door banging at all hours of the night, people shouting at others and you could hear everything.

The mugs in the room and cups in the bathroom had not been cleaned from the previous person, with stained bottoms, residue, aswell as dirty tea spoons. There was a lot of music playing until past 1am too.

I have visited a few village hotels in the past and with this being a new build I was looking forward to staying but had a few issues. The postcode wasn't recognizable on my sat nav or phone The rooms were very small compared to other Village Hotels Cleanliness of the room could of been better as dust and watermarks in some places The night light that comes on in the bathroom shines up the whole bedroom which awoke the other person sleeping in there. Good things Great location for visiting Bristol and surrounding area Comfy Bed Great amenities in room

Five pounds car park charge for guests added £10 to the bill - if we had been told beforehand we would have parked on the road outside the gates for free.

Great location - only 30 min bus ride to city center. Very uniquely decorated rooms. Didn't like the clear bathroom door - not very private! Shame you have to pay for parking also - can't see there being a problem with rogue parkers to be honest.
