Space

We hope you like the photos! We want to make your stay a unique experience. It is perfect for families, couples or groups of friends who come to visit and get to know Madrid because it is in the center but in a residential area and very close to 10 minutes from the tourist areas. The house has 2 bedrooms with a double bed and a bedroom with two single beds, it was renovated last year, with exquisite decoration. It has a warm decoration to feel at home. Fully equipped and furnished with TV, full kitchen ceramic hob- -has, a large wardrobe, heating and comfortable new memory foam measurements, plus 150 cm double sofa bed. It has free Wi-Fi and AR. Located in MADRID CENTRO in a quiet and safe residential area, 3 blocks from MADRID RIO park and well connected, it is easily accessible by public metro / bus (located on the same street) in just 10 minutes from downtown. 20 minutes from the airport by car.



Attention to guests

I will be available at all times. If you have any questions, just write to me and I will solve them right away. Upon arrival, if you are hungry, you can go to a nearby bar / restaurant that eats very well, I will tell you when you arrive. If you are reading the ad send me a message to see the dates and help you with recommendations and advice. I will be delighted to receive and attend you. I will be fully available for any questions you may have. I live near the house but I will still give you my phone number and the basic information on transport and mobility, as well as the rules and operation of household appliances (ceramic hob, fridge, microwave, etc.)



Neighborhood overview

The neighborhood is very QUIET, SAFE AND FAMILY. You have a tennis court and paddle tennis courts a few meters from the house, a gym, a municipal swimming pool and playgrounds as well as the Madrid Río 3 blocks away where there are shows, theater, exhibitions, you can practice sports such as running, cycling , walking, canoeing, etc. There is a delicious patisserie very close and several bars and restaurants of typical Galician and Spanish food very close and cheap. It is very close to the Vicente Calderón football stadium of Atlético de Madrid and the Matadero de Madrid for cultural leisure.



How to move

ESTIMATED TIME to the center by bus or metro from 10 min and by car to the airport 20 MIN! A great advantage if you come by car is that you do NOT have to pay for parking meter and you will find parking right away. The accommodation is perfectly connected by road and public transport IN THE SAME STREET: -Bus 23/55/60 towards the center of Atocha, La Latina and Plaza Mayor. Estimated time: 7-12-15 min. Comfortable and convenient Madrid apartment in a really interesting barrio.g

A really great flat for exploring Madrid as a tourist and getting a feel for living in this amazing city. It's a comfortable flat with quick and easy metro access to the centre of the city. However, the barrio is full of great places to buy food to cook at home or eat great food at a good price. In the flat, it's been renovated very nicely, with tasteful decoration. The bathroom is fabulous and the shower is world class! Communication with Maria Teresa was very easy and it was just a very pleasant stay.

Convenient location

Very good location for use of public transit. Parking was available on the street only. First come, first serve. Once we found a spot close to the apartment, we never moved the car. Public transit is excellent. The property owners are excellent. They responded quickly to every request. Couldn't ask for better responses. We had a great stay.

Areas too small. Not good for a family trip

We stayed 3 nights. Their kitchen is a closet. The bed in one of the bedrooms is too big for it, so you have no space to reach the other side; it has only one good bedroom. The living room has sitting in a very old uncomfortable sofa. The dinning room only has sitting for 4 and some of the chairs are falling apart. Great neighborhood 3 blocks away from train station. Not good for people with limited mobility.

Unglaublich und unverschämt

Den Aufenthalt gab es nicht, weil 1 Stunde vor Abflug vom Vermieter storniert wurde. Vorab gab es schon viel Ärger, weil keine Kommunikation möglich war. Wir standen dann am Flughafen in Madrid und wußten nicht wohin. Vor allem gab es keinerlei Erklärung, warum uns storniert wurde, das wäre wirklich das mindeste gewesen.

Cancelaron nuestra reserva

A pesar de las reseñas negativas, decidí jugármelo y hacer una reserva de 3 noches. A las 3 de la tarde del día en que ibamos entrar, me comentaron que tenían problemas la puerta del piso y por lo tanto el piso ya no era habitable. El reembolso de 700€ llevara hasta unos 15 días para entregar por Vrbo. 700€ que me harían falta para conseguir otro piso.

Really nice apartment

Apartment was nice and clean. The neighborhood nice and quite. A bit from the city center but easy to get to center. The procedure to checkin could be smoother. We were in contact with the landlord but once there we got no answer and checkin instructions didn’t work. But problem was solved fairly quickly.

Pues la verdad,es que no pude alojarme en el apartamento que elegí. El día antes me dijeron que la puerta de este se había roto y sólo podían ofrecerme otro y que si no me gustaba se cancelaba la reserva. Un día antes me veía en la calle o me aguantaba con lo que me ofrecían. Igualmente días antes, pregunté varias dudas y no me contestaron hasta el último día.

Leuk appartement met een mooie ligging.

Mooi appartement met 3 kamers. Super ligging, dicht bij Madrid Rio, zeer mooie groene strook. Op 5min van de metro, kwartiertje richting het centrum. Ontvangst was zeer goed en communicatie ging vlot. Leefruimte aan de kleine kant voor 6 personen maar niet zo erg. Wifi was niet altijd optimaal. Voor de rest zeker een aanrader. Konden na het uitchecken de valiezen nog achterlaten ter bewaking. Ideaal dus.

Gestión pésima

El piso esta correcto, limpio, cuenta con lo necesario, comunicado y sencillo para aparcar, hasta ahí lo bueno. La gestión ha sido horrorososa, un día antes con todo el viaje montado no teníamos la dirección y el tlf de contacto no contestaba. Tuve que llamar a vrbo para que me facilitaran otro contacto, al final me pude comunicar con la persona y me indica que es un error la reserva para 8, que el piso es para 6 y no entramos (en vrbo el piso admite 8 personas y te cobra por persona). La solución, nos dejaron otro piso para que se alojasen las 2 personas sobrantes pero nos cobraron los gastos de limpieza de la segunda casa incluyendo los 90e de diferencia que ya habíamos pagado por indicar que éramos 8 en vez de 6 en un piso que no entrábamos. Resumen; te cobran el suplemento de 8 personas en un piso que ellos mismos te indican que no entras y como solución te ofrecen otro piso del que tienes que pagar los gastos de limpieza por un error suyo.
