El personal encantador y siempre muy dispuesto. Habitaciรณn de buen tamaรฑo, limpia. La ducha cรณmoda y segura ya que la textura del piso es a prueba de resbalones algo bรกsico pero no necesariamente comรบn. La botella de agua de bienvenida la puedes rellenar del grifo; es totalmente potยกable. Lo mรกs que me llamรณ agradablemente la atenciรณn es el concepto de eliminar mini bar y room service y sustituirlo por un รกrea colectiva donde puedes disponer de variadas meriendas, bebidas (incluyendo vinos y cervezas) las 24 hrs. excepto durante el tiempo del desayuno que obviamente es mรกs limitado el ofrecimiento. No paso juicio sobre el desayuno ya siempre fuimos a las afueras. El hotel queda en un รกrea residencial muy agradable y tranquila perfecto para ir bajando motores luego de un recorrido de veintitantos dรญas por el norte de Espaรฑa. Los taxis al centro van de los 13 a 17โ‚ฌ dependiendo cuรกn complicado estรฉ el trรกnsito.

The property is in a quiet neighborhood and is walkable to Arturo Soria Plaza. An easy cab ride/uber to center city Madrid, clean and quiet with friendly staff. Only negative is the use of air conditioning is controlled by property and temperatures outside. Our room was extremely warm even with AC on. Loved the gratis tapas, cafe and juices in lobby. Nice touch.

Staff was excellent! Breakfast and free coffee bar was also excellent. Rooms were very clean. Downside to hotel was distance from the attractions, no air conditioning and the bathroom has a glass door which isnโ€™t very private.

The hotel is extremely clean, bed linen and towels are changed daily. The breakfast is fantastic, there is plenty of everything. During the day, guests have free fruits, yogurt, beer, juices and coffee. The hotel staff is extremely friendly. One bus takes you to the city center.

The staff at the front desk were excellent. Only issue we had was exiting the parking lot. We scraped our car. The front desk staff did warn us about the tight parking but there was no other alternative

Review for Artiem Madrid Hotel I canโ€™t say enough about this placeโ€”everything was excellent! The rooms were spotless, the bed super comfortable, and I loved the eco-friendly touches. The location is ideal with easy parking, not too close yet not too far from both downtown and the airport. My favorite part was the free bar and food courtโ€”such a unique and generous perk. Truly a 10-star experience!
