Not happy that it did not offer room service. Also charged some bogus hold fee on my credit card. It was 200. Then, another 75 for “amenities “. This was just a charge to compensate for the fact that I got a good fare on line. So what was the purpose of getting a discounted fare if they were going to invent a new charge? Very deceiving ..I am never going back there for sure. Shower water pressure not great and not hot enough …

Highly recommend

The staff at the hotel were great and always friendly. The location of the hotel was super close to the beach and walkable to stores and restaurants. The walls/room door are thin and you can hear noise/people talking that were in the hallways Overall; for the location and price, I would recommend.

Very nice stay. Staff was very helpful and friendly, greeting us as we walked by the front desk and opening the doors for us as we walked in. Very convenient area with great dining options at and around the area. Daily room cleaning and convenient complimentary beach towels and chairs.

Love this hotel! Right across the street from the beach which was perfect for us. Also close to a lot of shopping and restaurants. Love this area and always stay here before heading out on our cruises. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

Very art deco minimalist design. We loved it! Lots of lively bars and restaurants in the strip, walkable and safe. Across from beautiful Miami Beach! Unfortunately at our check out time a smoke alarm was sounding from an adjacent building and it shut down our elevator . Would have been nice if staff would have offered to carry our bags down tbd stairs. Also many roads were barricaded and it was difficult to get to the parking garage. We were not given appropriate directions on how to get to parking by the desk staff. Overall, we would return!

The front desk person was amazing. The same guy each time we went. He upgraded us to a suite. It was awesome. The only downside was how long it took for the shower to start. Guessing because we were on 3rd floor, it took a while for the water to get to us. We attributed it to the age of the plumbing with an older hotel. Our ocean view suite was beautiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Loved it!

A lovely hotel. We have stayed in many hotels in the art deco District. This is one of our favorites now just enough activity going on perfect location. We thought the room would be too small, but it actually was very well put together. They were three of us and two double beds and lots of places to put our Belongings and purchases! Love the ambience of the hotel all employees, very helpful, cheerful, and friendly.
