they lost our luggage during our checkout time. We almost missed our flight because we kept waiting to see if they would find it. They eventually found it and send it SLOW UPS which arrived 72 hrs later. An expensive purse was damaged. Their insurance said "can't prove purse was damaged because of that" SMH, Hotel Should have given us two nights free as that vacation was a total bust. Came back home more stressed than before going on it. we arrived in 30 deg DC weather with flip flops t-shirts and shorts, friend almost lost job due to no work computer for 3 days. but nope no compensation for the enormous stress nor damaged purse because, hey- everyone travels with a crushed chanel bag just for this purpose.

Great service, great view!

Friends and I celebrated my 50th birthday at Eden Roc. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My suite has a beautiful view. We ate at Ocean’s Calling for casual lunches and food was very good. This hotel was quieter than some lower down on mid-beach and that was fine with us.

Loved my stay (which I extended) at Eden Roc. I was fortunate to have the most amazing view, and I did not want to leave. Candidly, I also needed to stay another night as the late checkout policy was not great... All the staff were very friendly. I was busy at an event so I did not take advantage of any of the amenities. I had a slight issue with the furniture/lighting in my room. And am happy I booked with Expedia at a discounted rate but overall much enjoyed.

Overall, the experience was good. Hotel is very good. Couple things that we were not happy about. We chose resort view room but it wasn’t resort view at all, there was no view at all. It was rough roof view. My husband even asked for a better room, they said it’s already an upgraded room but then where’s the view. Also, the shower faucet was so tight that we initially thought it’s stuck and called maintenance.
