Did not receive any of my Expedia Platinum perks. Water in the bathroom sink did not work. Not many food options. No store located at the property. Otherwise was a great stay with good beachfront location. There is a free shuttle to get places in Miami Beach but often full and won’t stop usually had to wait a couple shuttles in order to get on.

Rude front desk at check in, no explanation, feels like a quality inside the rooms, no robe, slippers. Just thoughtless overall. There is a reason prices are low. People smoking in room next to ours filled out room with smoke. Kept us up from 2am until morning we left early and they only offered to comp us $50

Pillows are way to soft and the bed is like sleeping on a brick. Upgrade to a junior suite was very nice. The buffet is good. $38.00 if not included in your room package. Didn't like the mandatory 22% gratuity on the buffet even though it was covered in the price of the room. Had I had to purchase it separately, there would have been a discussion about that high of a gratuity for bringing a cup of coffee and juice.

Our state was amazing but what they said that they included within the state wasn’t true. They said heated pools was included free breakfast was included, and none of that was true and I think it was too expensive. We had to pay for every little thing.

Everything was great but the bathroom fixtures are not the best. Stiff operation of faucet handles, tub wouldn't drain, shower leaks water onto the floor. Also, I could do without the constant loud throbbing disco music at the poolside. Otherwise, excellent service, friendly staff.
