WiFi was unstable and wouldn’t not connect consistently. When we went to the beach I was told I only get two chairs but if we wanted an umbrella it would be $30. There was a cockroach in our room which caused us to have to launder 6 items of clothing and a blanket, which was over $200. The hotel didn’t want to refund us the bill even though they caused the issue by putting us in a room with bugs. I was disgusted beyond measure and will never return here.

The rooms are very spacious and clean. We definitely got to enjoy our balcony of the ocean view. We also loved getting to pick from 3 different pools depending on the environment you wanted.

The hotel smelled amazing, the staff was very friendly and resourceful except for the young lady at the desk during our checkout. My only suggestion is to highlight the cost of the mini bar inside of the rooms. I had to ask multiple people what each item costs but no one could give me a definite answer. One person told me there was a place to scan on each item which i could not locate. Needless to say we did not indulge in any of the snacks or drinks. In addition be aware that there is a $200.00 hold that will be placed on your card per day during your stay which was not disclosed when we booked. Overall the hotel was clean, we loved the breakfast buffet at the Nobu hotel next door and enjoyed the amenities. The beach was walking distance from the hotel, we were originally told that the umbrellas were free during our stay but when we arrived we were told there would be a charge of $34.00 for an umbrella. The food and drinks offered on the beach was super pricey so keep that in mind. No complaints and would definitely visit again.

Everything was amazing, except for when I attempted to do the happy hour for Nobu. I sat in the lobby after I asked a female bartender with a server come to the table. She stated yes, you can sit anywhere. Again, I sat there for a total of 11 minutes before anyone came over. And older gentleman came over and I simply told him no thank you that I was leaving because I waited extremely too long before someone even came to the table. That definitely threw me off.
