Very clean room, and quiet. The air was thankfully fresh although the air conditioning was either cold, freezing, or OFF and muggy. We really enjoyed our stay but the Tavern restaurant has a lot of room for improvement and I don’t think I’ll eat there again after receiving a spinach salad with rotten leaves underneath the top layer. They tried to give me a free dessert, but I declined. The rooftop lounge was great and overall we really enjoyed our stay.

The staff were fabulous, the Hotel was packed with people in the lobby waiting to leave on a cruise out Miami. Even with the number of people checking out at the front desk, the staff immediately acknowledged us and looked after our check in. We were there way to early but they said they would call us as soon as the room was ready. Could not recommend the Croydon enough. Room is very clean, a complimentary bottle of wine and a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. I will go with a 10 out of 10.
