We were forced to leave immediately after check-in (2-5 mins after checking in) due to severe water damage and a strong mold smell and additionally black mols in the room. The floor tiles were lifted and cracked, and water splashed up when stepped on — clearly sitting on pooled water. The room was uninhabitable and a health hazard. After only a few minutes in the room, I developed a headache from the mold smell. Staying there was not an option. The front desk was dismissive and rude, offered no solution, and refused a refund despite the condition of the room. We had to find another hotel late at night at our own expense. He also said, "I dont feel happy or sad about your issue", which was just absolutely inhumane and borderline psychotic. To make matters worse, Expedia initially told us a refund would be issued, along with a $25 credit towards the other hotel we had to book, then later reversed that decision by email. Extremely unethical handling of a serious health and safety issue. Please do not stay here; extremely dangerous and no one is fixing the issues or cares. Horrible.

Room has roaches. Smelled very bad like mold covered with heavy perfume. Our sink was broken and never got fixed. We had to leave the hotel due to bugs and being very unhappy with our stay. The pictures are deceiving just pay the extra money to stay somewhere else with beach access the walk to the beach isn’t too far. No microwave, the T.v channels suck. There’s little to no amenities. I wouldn’t recommend at all

Toilet was plugged and unusable after first use. No one came to fix it. We had to use the toilet in the lobby. No parking whatsoever. Charged a resort fee that was almost as much as the hotel room… not a resort! Charges an additional $100 deposit that was to be refund upon check out…won’t be refunded for 3-5 business days after check out. No coffee available.

The room wasn’t super clean, we seen a cockroach in the hallway going back to our room. The sheets had stains there was stains on the walls. Overall just not a very clean hotel. The staff however were very kind we ate at the restaurant attached to the hotel and the food was pretty good.
