Die Zimmer sind riesig und die Türen darf man nicht schliessen. Das heisst, das Zimmer steht jederzeit jedem offen und das Licht darf im Gang nicht ausgeschaltet werden. Das Personal im Hotel ist freundlich, was man vom Personal im Hostel jedoch leider nicht behaupten kann. Frühstück ist ok (Toast, cream cheese, müesli, äpfel, kaffe und tee). Ich habe das Hostel 3 Tage als früher verlassen weil ich absolut nicht wohl darin war.

Thank you for writing a review. Yes, we offer complimentary breakfast each morning! It is a shared environment, so we do not have a door to close off the dorm, but we turn off the lights at around 11 p.m. Our guests who are in bed will sleep more restfully. I'm sorry your stay was not as expected.

Crammed, tiny and hard to find..

Pros: The cleaning lady was nice, but she had to do all the chores on her own, and it's a lot of work. The one good thing was that there were lockers.
Cons: -service -signing -cleanliness -food -volume over night -room size and space -privacy measures well - pretty much everything..
Location: Miami beach is beautiful! There is shopping you can do (mainly beachwear, obviously) and a lot of awesome, organic restaurants!
The sleeping quarters were just a few very large rooms with lots of bunkbeds crammed into them. There were a very small number of showers and they were dirty. The staff was ok, could've been nicer. The pool is much smaller than advertised and breakfast is a makeshift accumulation of food.. I have stayed at hostels that were cheaper, but much MUCH nicer, and with better service. Upon arrival, I didn't even find the entrance - one is left outside with no information or any signs as to where to go. I had to make my own bed, and had to take the bedding off at the end. There was no privacy whatsoever in the room. I had to sign a form of conduct, prohibiting that I'd put up a sheet/towel around my bed to shield myself from looks from the beds opposite me and only 3 feet away. It was loud all night, as the staff did not ask people to be quiet or follow through on the promise of asking them to leave, if they were loud. With a name like that, I expected more. I was really disappointed.

Good day Y.Thank you for staying with us.I am sorry that your stay was not as per your expectations.Yes it is a hostel and unfortunately there is no privacy because you have to share the place with other people.Our swimming pool is very big and its surprising because you saw it differently.We make each guest sign the rules for your own safety,without these rules we will have people bring visitors and doing all sorts of things which is not allowed.We do apologize that you did dot enjoy the hostel experience.Our hostel is very safe as well and have amazing staff members. We do have sister hotels that you can book next time you visit Miami.

Tolles günstiges Hostel mit toplage

Pros: Freundlichkeit Mitarbeiter, Sauberkeit, Frühstücck incl.
Cons: Eingang des Hostels besser ausschildern
Location: Next to Ocean Drive, was will man mehr
Freundliche Mitarbeiter, meine erste Erfahrung in einem Hostel, angenehm überrascht. War immer sauber (vorallem Sanitär Bereich, mir sehr wichtig) Frühstück incl (Müsli, Toast, Cafe, OSaft) Fön, Handtücher, Bügelbrett vor Ort, kostenlose Handtücher für den Strand Die Betten sind so angeordnet, daß man nie mehr als 3,4 Betten aufeinmal sieht also schön verwinkelt. Eingang des Hostels nicht ausgeschildert, man muss sich beim Hotel nebenan anmelden und wird begleitet Nette Leute kennengelernt !!

Das beste Hostel in Miami, Fazit nach 6 Tagen

Pros: - Schneller Kontakt mit neuen Leuten - Super Möglichkeiten zum Kochen - Klasse Pool mit super Liegemöglichkeiten - bequeme Betten
Cons: - Abwaschmöglichkeiten in der Küche (Spülbürste/Geschirrtuch) - Anbieten von Clubtouren etc.
Location: Das Hotel ist in der zweiten Reihe vom Strand entfernt. Zum Muscle Beach & den Beachvolleyballfeldern sind es nur ca. 2-3 Min.
Dies war mein erster Urlaub den ich alleine unternommen habe. Da ich diesen mit einem relativ niedrigen Budget für die USA kalkuliert habe und neue Leute kennenlernen wollte, fiel die Wahl schnell auf ein Hostel. Insgesamt war ich 6 Nächte in Miami, 3 in Orlando und dann wieder 2 in Miami. Da dieses Hostel im Vergleich das teuerste war, habe ich meine erste Nacht in einem anderen Hostel verbracht mit dem Hintergedanken von diesem die anderen Hostels zu erkunden oder evt auch dort zu verlängern. Die letzte Nacht in Miami in der ersten Woche verbrachte ich ebenfalls in einem anderen Hostel (ebenfalls sehr gut bewertet im Internet) um einen Vergleich zu ziehen und mich zu entscheiden in welchem Hostel ich die zweite Woche nach der Rückkehr aus Orlando verbringen möchte. Es wurde dann wieder das PoshHostel, da es mir im Vergleich deutlich am besten gefallen hat (inbesondere in Sachen: Sauberkeit, Frühstück, HappyHour, Ausstattung allgemein). Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilft einem immer weiter (großen Dank an dieser Stelle an Juan). Zum Party machen kann ich dieses Hostel jedoch nur bedingt weiterempfehlen, zwar kann man überall eigene Getränke trinken, auch im Außenbereich (ist nicht bei jedem Hostel so!), jedoch bietet das Hostel keine Party- oder Clubtouren an wie andere Hostels (bei denen man sich jedoch auch einklinken kann). Das Publikum ist international und im Alter 18-50 anzusiedeln. Alles in einem bin ich der Meinung, dass es das beste Hostel in Miami ist.

Place to be

Pros: der Pool
Cons: Mehr dafür sorgen, dass ab 10 pm Ruhe in den Schlafräumen sein sollte
Location: in der Collins Avenue und der Strand ist 2 Minuten entfernt
Ich war 12 im Hostel wegen Thanksgiving, Black Friday und der Art Miami Week und es war ein guter Ausgangspunkt für alle Unternehmungen. Es ist natürlich ein Hostel und man sollte schon der Schlaftyp sein, der mit Lärm umgehen kann (also Ohrstöpsel und Handtuch über den Kopf). Auch wenn sich tatsächlich viele Bemühen leise zu sein, ist bei 20 bis 30 Personen in einen Schlafraum immer mit Lärm zu rechnen. Wer keine Probleme damit hat, ist in diesem Hostel wunderbar aufgehoben. Es wird im Hostel regelmäßig sauber gemacht, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und der Rooftop Pool ist einfach nur schön. Das Frühstück ist amerikanisch und vollkommen ausreichend.

Pros: Yllätyin hotellin siisteydestä ja henkilökunnan palvelualttiudesta. Myös siitä, että vieraita oli jokaisesta maailman kolkasta.
Cons: Aamupala voisi olla monipuolisempi, koska asuin pari viikkoa ja se oli aina samanlainen. Hotellin sisäänkäynti oli ensimäisenä iltana hakusessa.
Location: Hotellin nimi esille kadulle päin. Hotellin sijainti on erinomainen, koska ranta ja kaikki ravintolat ja kaupat ovat lähellä.
Matkani oli vaiherikas kaikkine kommelluksineen. Kommellukset johtuivat osittain vähäisestä kielitaidostani ja huolimattomuudestani. Mutta ne kuuluvat aina matkoihin ja rikastuttavat muistojani. Olen tosi tyytyväinen hotellin henkilökuntaan aina siivoojista toimistohenkilökuntaan asti. Kiitos ihanasta matkasta. Toivottavasti tapaamme ensi syksynä samoissa merkeissä !

Nachts relativ ruhig, mit Ohropax kein Problem auszuschlafen. Frühstück besteht aus Toast, cereal, Kaffee, Tee und dem besten Orangensaft. Völlig ausreichend. Duschen für Männer und Frauen nicht getrennt. Etwas umständlich, aber hat funktioniert. Kofferfach unterm Bett sehr schwerfällig und laut rauszuziehen. Sachen NIEMALS unbeaufsichtigt lassen, nicht mal 5 Minuten. Diebe waren unter uns.
