Absolutely filthy. The amount of dirt and black hairs on the bathroom floor was the worst I’ve ever seen. It was obvious that no one had cleaned the floor before our visit. The location was great and the air conditioning was solid. The smell in the room reminded me of an apartment I had in the eighties. Mildewey. I had a problem with the door handle and it took more than a couple of days to have them fix it. The TV in the bedroom didn’t work but I didn’t want to get into that with them.

Fine. That's about the best I can say.

Very good location for the price and the staff is very nice and very helpful. But the apartment we were assigned is not the one pictured with the listing, first of all. The floors in this unit are painted concrete with hairs permanently stuck into them, the lights are fluorescent and the bathroom is...like a sorta nice gas station bathroom. The air conditioner works great and the shower was pretty good, plenty of hot water. We were disappointed overall but made it comfortable enough. The kitchen is well appointed. I will say there are other apartments in the building that look quite a bit nicer (including the one in the photos). Would we stay there again, maybe but probably not.

The good: -Location is great if you want something that is close to the beach but not truly beachside. We were able to reach the beach in about 5 minutes. It took us about 10 minutes to reach the main hub of Miami Beach. -Responsive customer service. We never had any issues with reaching the property manager. -In unit laundry was essential, air conditioner functioned beautifully. -Supply closet is available for any missed items. The kinda bad: -The handles for the Miele kitchen appliances are annoyingly difficult to open, would suggest actual handles. By the end of the stay our fingers hurt from prying open the dishwasher, refrigerator. -Oven cooktop (Miele) is a cool concept but difficult to operate if you haven't used one and the tutorial video that the property provided is awful and useless. Would suggest that the property include a laminated paper that walks through how to use it. -Vent for the kitchen is poor, you'll notice it if you cook. -Pictures definitely make the place appear bigger than it actually is, although it was fine for our family. -Not the cleanest place on arrival. It wasn't prohibitory but could have used another cleaning prior to arrival. Some of the dishes were still dirty. Overall, we were satisfied with the location. Just a few things that could be attended too but served our purposes well.

Perfect location

The apartment really was in the ideal place. Very short walk to the beach and loads of shops and restaurants. The apartment was perfectly functional, although much smaller than the pictures would lead you to believe. There were a few things that were faulty, but the management team got them fixed within a few days of our arrival. Overall the apartment gave us what we needed, but it is really in need of a bit of a spruce up as there are lots of areas that are looking tired and grubby. If you need darkness to sleep, then bring an eye mask as the curtains are not blackout (annd don’t fit) and there are lights on outside the apartment all night. Some positives - generous supply of towels, shampoo, conditioner and showergel. The kitchen was well stocked with soap, washing powder and paper towel and a good range of appliances (although a microwave would have been really useful). Overall communication was excellent. Really quick responses and helpful people.

A nice place to stay

This space is nicely laid out and well-equipped. The location is very close to the beach and in a quiet neighborhood but with many nice restaurants close by. The place could have been cleaner on arrival and a loud noise happens in the bathroom whenever the upstairs apartment toilet flushes. Overall, this was a nice stay for the price.

Just Right!

Our stay here in one of the 1 bedroom rentals was great. It was quiet for the most part.. I slept like a baby all 4 nights we were there. The rooftop pool was fantastic! And this place is close to a lot of nice places! Would recommend to friends and family for sure!

I lived in Miami for a while and I know how hard is to find a place where you can feel safe , is clean close to the beach . I was absolutely surprised how lucky I got with this place ! It was quiet at night , extremely safe and beautiful ! Finding this place made me want to return to Miami very soon ! Thanks so much for making my stay so pleasant ! Loved the kitchen and bed was absolutely comfortable. The hostesses where constantly checking on me and making sure I was having a great stay .

Excellent Location!

South Point is a wonderful neighborhood, with the beach a block away and beautiful South Point Park a few blocks away! We traveled with our mini doxies and loved having the dog park at the end of the block too! Our unit really need a more thorough cleaning however! I texted the lady who reached out to us about our stay, but never heard back from her. But since most of our time was enjoying the outdoors, we just didn't look at the "dirty corners" and scuffed up walls, etc.
