We had the worst experience with this hotel. We booked two rooms for 2 nights. However my mother’s flights had delays and so she wouldn’t be able to check in until the following day. We told the staff this. Told them we still wanted the room and would need it and we would pay for the empty room until she arrived. When she did arrive the next day we learned they rented out that room to another family.. so we paid two nights for a room that they ended up renting to another family essentially seeking 2 payments for the same room. Also there was NO air conditioning in any of the rooms. The hallways and front desk had full AC but the rooms were incredibly hot and sticky. The only good thing about this property is Terry who works at the front desk. He tried his hardest to help us in every way possible and made light of a lot of awful situations. Thank you for the laughs, Terry!

The TV did not work nor did the nightstand lamp. The interior rooms are nice, but there are some areas that are lacking. There werr supposed to be beverages stocked in the room. There were none. I think it has to do with staffing and demands on the environmental staff. The stay was adequate while I waited for a friend to arrive for a conference in town.

There was no shampoo or conditioner. The soap bar was the cheapest possible you could buy so I had to order my own soap and shampoo from CVS. The front desk clerk lied and said they didn't have cutlery when they clearly do for their breakfast. He just didn't want to go get it. Room had no blow dryer, no cups, no coffee maker.

I booked for February 25th to March 1st, 2025 for my husband and I. We ended up Checking out to another facility after 2 nights. The hotel doesn’t have anything other than the bed you sleep on. The bed comforter has stains. They said they provide breakfast but there are no options other than a piece of bread with hard boiled egg. The TV was also limited to recorded shows or outdated news. I guess we got what we paid for. I also asked if the other 2 nights could be refunded, the employee said since I booked through Expedia that I can not get a refund. Also , they collected 25 dollar per night as resort fee, I wonder what that meant when there are no other amenities other than your bedroom. The front desk employees are very professional and helpful.

The hotel's location is excellent—that's the only positive aspect. The beach, the trolley, CVS, restaurants—everything is just a few minutes away, which is very convenient. The hotel has a lot of potential, but they are making a strong effort to cut costs at every level, and it shows. The hallway, judging by the smell, has been mopped with the same bucket of water for weeks—if not months. A family of four gets only three towels. The room has two glasses, both with lipstick stains and spots. The bathroom and sleeping area share the same airspace, offering no privacy whatsoever. Inside the bathroom cabinet, we found a used razor, garlic (!!), and dirt. Breakfast is terrible—diluted milk, cocoa, and the cheapest watered-down orange juice, along with cheap sliced bread and eggs. They have a sign stating that only one egg and one slice of bread are allowed per person. There is no seating available for breakfast, as the dining area is closed off. A fully equipped kitchen sits there completely unused and locked. The receptionist is indifferent and unhelpful. There are a few staff members trying to be helpful, but under these conditions, there is very little they can do.

Nothing like the pictures nothing like the reviews!!! staff were trying to scam us to use their travel options from the hotel to the cruise ship, providing us with fake information in order to benefit for their own well-being. No air-conditioning in the room very loud streets. No air movement in the room would not recommend this place even as a place for prisoners!!! Breakfast included!!!!! One boiled egg, one piece of toast per customer no staff no clean dishes very disappointing!!! Yeah I never again

Upon arrival the male at the front desk was wonderful. We got in early and we were able to get towels upon our return from the beach. Many others went without towels. Very close to the beach! Our shower leaked all over our suitcase and across most of the floor in our room. Toilet paper was not soft at all. The room had not been dusted and I am pretty sure the cups in the room were not clean. Very loud when trying to sleep. At check out the female looked like she hated her life. She told us that Uber could not take us to the Miami port for our cruise. So she ordered us a cab. She totally lied to us because anybody can drive into the port. Our cab cost us $90 US dollars versus Uber, that was $38. Overall not impressed by this hotel and I do not like being lied to. If you want cheap and close to a beach this is for you.

Dirty NO AC on 3rd floor it looks like. They limited 1 bread per person, chipped cup and cups weren’t available to drink because they need it to wash the ones other people were using. Very bad hotel
