Let me tell you; my flight arrived at 2:37, my plan was to take an U er and be there at 3pm to check in because was a long day especially for my dad of 90 yrs old. When we arrive around 3:07 they said wait 30 minutes, we wait and wait until was passed 45 minutes. My room was not ready yet, so because we were hungry we have to leave the suitcases in a storage room to go to eat something. Finally when we were at the restaurant we received a message that our room was finally ready, more than an hour later. Really disappointed because when we came back my dad was exhausted and we have to help him to take a bath because his legs didn’t sustain him any more! Not really good, the only thing that I can say is that the room was clean and that they keep our suitcases safe when our cruise was not in time at the port.

This was a great place to stay for me because it was a 5 min walk from my friend that I was visiting. The room was clean enough and the AC worked like a champ. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They have 24 hour front desk which is also nice. While the bathroom, kitchen, sheets and towels were clean, the furniture was not in the greatest condition. I had a room with 2 queen beds—one wasn’t very comfortable, but the other bed was fine. The couch cushions leaned forward on a slope (it was visible), which was very odd. The bed frames/headboards, window blinds and curtains need a good deep clean, but as mentioned—the bathroom, kitchen, sheets and towels were clean, which are the most important things to me, personally. I would stay there again because of the convenience (proximity to my friend’s place), the price is right, and it was clean enough. For South Beach, the price and space is a great value.

Overall I give 3 stars because they do not give towels when requested even though they tell you they will. Also, they need to start putting paper towel in the kitchen area to start guest off properly instead of having to go out and buy those essentials. Basic things like toilet paper, paper towel is what’s mainly expected to have upon arrival in our place of stay.

The room was filthy, floors were not clean, dishes were disgusting. I did not have clean linens. The bed had old sheets on it.. I felt like I was in a homeless shelter. It was one issue after another. I will not be going back there. do your research.
