It was gross the room was nasty had water damage black mold switched rooms for that room to flood nasty water from the ceiling through a light fixture they was open electrical socket in the room that any kid could get hurt on they never come in to clean the room your had to ask for towels and wash cloths feet turned black

The beds were comfortable. The breakfast was great with eggs, bacon sausage the rooms had a musty smell, and the coffee maker in the room was broken. Overall, excellent, especially considering the price.

Everything is what I have come to expect which is why I continue to come back here. Having said that, there are some things that could use some attention. Furniture structures and doors need some replacing, the base areas are damaged and warped; and the floor boards are cracked. I know the property was purchased by a new parent company and I’m sure these things will be fixed in time. Regardless, I will continue to come back because the price is great, the location is perfect, and the rooms suit me needs.

Tv was static and barely visible. Room condition was clean however the light at the sink was only half lit with one of the bulbs out. The door was not properly adjusted so it scrapped against the frame every time we went to use it. Plenty of space for a long stay, stayed for 6 days and plenty of space for unpacking. Nice area and decent distance from the theme parks.

Hope you could read all points. 1)this motel is dishonest and greedy. The overall price already includes all the fee and taxes when reserving online (I have screenshot). But when checked in, they overcharged me resort fees per night while it is double confirmed with hotels.com this fee was already included in the original price with fees amount provided by this motel 2) The breakfast is horrible. They rarely refill, especially fruit. Basically only weekend they provided fruit with bad quality and extreme little quantity. 3) the water pressure is extremely low on the faucet of the basin. 4) the water temperature was low too. you have to push all way down to the "hotest" and you get little bit warmer water to get the shower done. 5) they don't clean the bathtub, they changed the bedsheet, and we found the sheet is dirty.6) they don't provide paper cup for coffee and they only provide small foam cup which easy to break and they refuse to provide the cover and holder.7) they don't have any drinkable water and they locked the only water machine after breakfast. They just want to sale you the bottle water 8)their real name is "Developer INN". they got the license from Baymont by Wyndham so the name misled everyone. Definitely they are far away from the same level of quality and management as the real Baymont by Wyndham should be. 9)the airconditioner and bathroom fans are running like two tanks. They reminds you every second that you are sleeping in a horrible motel and regret !
