The staff was so amazing and accommodating. The slides and water pad was actually loved by the kids. We asked the when we were driving back to Georgia "what was their favorite part of the trip? " and they both said the water park, that would actually be your Springhill hotel. So we will save the $180 each ticket and just stay at this place again! We loved it!

We had a great stay my family and I. Breakfast was good, the pool are was great. I give a 4 start because the room is extremely humid. As soon as you open the door the smell of humidity is strong. We barely sleep because of how humid the room was. Staff is very attentive and professional Tonique from the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Maria from the buffet was very friendly and helpful as well. I wont really stay again here only because of the room condition.
