Couldn't use Pool as it was green and finally a closed sign placed on gate day we were leaving (we stayed a week), top of door to room was bent inwards and had to fight with keypad every time. Asked for toilet paper and was told had to wait until next day, and they never sent any. We had bought our own after that. We were told to check out room for our approval before finishing registering in. So we checked. I took pictures of the door, the tub where the seam is coming away from the wall, how the bathrm floorboard wasn't quite right, scratches on table, under sink area a bit worn, cracked window pane, holes in bathrm door from poss a prior hook latch removed. When we went to the desk to show what we saw so as to not be held responsible for the prior damages, we were told that they knew about those issues ( except the doors, and loose toilet seat). The room was large, we liked the large sink, could do dishes, good size fridge. Husband had tightened the toilet seat as no one came by to address. Did have flushing issues 2 days later, the repairman did come the following day to get the water tank to hold water again. Lost Internet service.
How this place can run on such minimal staff we don't know. We saw a total of 4 persons the whole week. 2 at desk upon registering in, the maintenance guy, and 1 on day we were leaving. Had reviewed info provided on Web site prior and this place has a high rating. That's why we chose this place. Overall disappointed, and will not return.
