Overall, I was disappointed in our stay. The photos make the rooms look significantly nicer than they are. They’re actually quite old and run down but have simply had a new coat of paint and a little decor thrown up. I would have been less disappointed about this had the online photos more accurately captured the condition, and had there not been a “surprise” additional daily fee. I don’t remember exactly how much the fee was, but somewhere around $30-50 per day. They try to make this up to you by allowing you to use a portion of this towards food during your stay. However, I found the food to be quite terrible. The breakfast (which typically has many naturally gluten free options) was as expensive as a brunch in a 5 star restaurant but was 1 star food- powdered eggs and other pre-made foods that had simply been reheated and set out. Almost no gluten free options besides the powdered eggs. I assumed drinks were included in the expensive buffet but was very disappointed to discover I had been charged at least an additional $5 for my second-rate coffee.

Great property, great staff, really good food, good value for the location. I would stay here again. Only issue I had was that the TV was not working from check-in, and obviously could have been fixed beforehand. Tech staff came 3 times to eventually get it working reliably. Please clean the coffee machine after each checkout as well please. thank you!!

The pool area and lobby was nice but I felt the rest of the property was a little dated. Always seemed like long lines at the front desk, not sure why. Not a big fan of paying to park my car at a place I am a customer of but with that said it was less than other places I have stayed and that seems to be the norm in Orlando. Overall I enjoyed my stay, I felt the room was clean and housekeeping came every day, staff was friendly. I would stay again.

Staff were really nice and The amenities on the property were nice (the pool, restaurants, outdoor chill areas) however the rooms need some real love and updating! The room had a old smell to it, the bathtub had slight rust around it, the only plus about the room was the TV. It was a smart tv so we were able to watch Netflix. The hallways had a horrid smell, like mildew! THENNN I had a lady literally knock so hard on the door in the AM, it made my daughter wake up & made me hop out of bed I thought something was wrong but this damn lady said “check out today”! Mind you it was like 9:50ish AM! Check out was not until 11 AM! Ive never ever had a hotel do anything like that, I was so annoyed! I wont be back but its an okay hotel for a quick trip.

OUTDATED AND THEY CHARGED FOR RESORT FEE AND $25 PARKING....IT WAS DEF NOT A RESORT. ALSO FIRE ALARM WAS ON AND I ONLY FOUND OUT BECAUSE MY HUSBAND WAS DOWNSTAIRS AND CALLED ME, BUT ALARM WAS NOT ABLE TO BE HEARD INSIDE MY ROOM AND THERE WERE 3 ADULTS THERE. VERY UNSAFE.

The staff at the Starbucks were not the typical friendly staff you get when you enter a Starbucks; my order was wrong and no attempt to even fix it or an apology. The bathroom of the hotel had small sugar ants crawling on the wall and a wet spot of the carpet right outside the bathroom in the room carpet that never dried up. The pool area and bar was very clean and enjoyable.
