This is a great resort. We were contacted by the resort 24 hours prior to check-in to see what our arrival time would be, informed them 11 am and that i understand that check-in was around 4 pm. They responded that they will try to have the room available, if not we could store our luggage. Guess what? We were in our room at 11:05 am. This type of service is not very common in the USA. We ate at the resort every morning and most days at lunch. The food is great. We ate one night at the on-site restaurant and it did not disappoint. Having beach chairs and an umbrella available every day on the beach, without a hassle, was great. The heated pool was clean and had a nice pool bar. Service poolside was hit or miss. My only complaint, and its a real pet peeve of mine, is the rudeness of guests "reserving a pool chair" with a towel and not using it for hours. The pool attendants are no help and only start removing towels after 2 pm or so. A reasonable time to hold a chair is 30 minutes, not 3 hours so you can go to the beach first. If this resort had a 30 minute limit on holding chairs, I would be back in a flash. BTW we stayed for 12 days in April.

Hotel was beautiful, clean and welcoming. We arrived early, so our room wasn't ready but we checked in our luggage and received a temporary key watch to the pool and beach area. We spent the afternoon at the beach and received a text message once our room was ready. Great customer service. The room keys are bracelet style and waterproof. Great for the kids and adults to use in the pool and on the beach without worrying about loosing a key card. Hotel location is amazing! Valet parking only ($40/night) with unlimited access. Room was clean and 2 resuable watter bottles are provided. Each floor has a water station to fill the bottles. The only negative I have, is on the second day, we were awaken by drill sounds and workers on our balcony. It would have been appreciated if the hotel notified us that work would be done during our stay. Overall this hotel was great and we are already talking about returning.
