"We knew the hotel would be under renovation, but it is beautiful. The location is right around the corner from Times Square. There’s a cute café attached and other great dining options. Our AC didn’t work. It wasn’t very hot the first night and we were too tired to pack back up and ask for a change of rooms, but we should’ve asked to change rooms because by the last night, it was really hot and the AC leaked water all over our luggage. "
