My husband and I enjoyed our honeymoon so much. We had a mix up with a staff member but management cleared it right up by showing great communication and allowing us to fully explain what the problem was. The spa was beautiful!! Definitely a must go to. We stayed on the serenity club side so our butler was able to handle alot reservations for us. We had the swim out pool and it was breathtaking. We will definitely return for the 3rd time and try to bring some family and friends along too.

Had the best trip at Haven resort! The staff are wonderful, the swim out room was amazing and the food options were great. I’m vegan and I found all the staff to be very knowledgeable and helpful. Every one of the restaurant’s I visited offered me great vegan options and the lunch time buffet even had a vegan station! Had a great massage at the spa with lovely staff in a very relaxing space. Got sick in an Eve stir and had to get myself out. Staff didn’t care much at all. Had some one throw up in my swim out from a room above, staff refused to move me to a new room until I had to teach down a supervisor who seemed purposely unavailable and force them to do something about my situation. Staff also walked in on my friend showering no less that three time with out knocking in our 7 day stay. She was offered a free massage after her male partner spent hours arguing with the supervisor. Food is great and the service staff is very attentive and friendly. The front desk and administration leaves a lot to be desired. They don’t seem interested in the hospitality aspect of the hospitality industry as soon as an issue arises. As long as there are no issues everything is great as Haven, but if an issue does arise there is very little anyone is willing to do at the administrative level besides offer a half hearted apology.

Wow! If you’re looking for a jaw dropping resort to stay at in Cancun this is it! From the second we walked in the staff was so kind and helped with anything we needed. The room was huge and had a great view. The food at the resort was also great with tons of options!

We had the best time at Haven Riviera Cancun. The resort is gorgeous, the food was delicious, and the whole place feels peaceful and welcoming. But what really made our stay amazing were the people who took care of us. Alma, Julian, and Jose Luis were incredible. They were so friendly, fun, and genuinely cared about making sure we had everything we needed. They learned our favorite drinks right away and always made us feel like friends, not just guests. We looked forward to seeing them every day. Monica at the front desk was also wonderful. We had a small mishap during our stay and she more than made up for it. You can tell she truly enjoys making guests feel at home. This was one of those trips you don’t want to end. The resort is beautiful, but it’s the amazing team that makes it unforgettable. We’ll definitely be back.
