Our only complaint was that we were not allowed to have a drink in the bar as there was an event on so the staff would not serve us, as we were guests staying at the Hotel surely there should have been a contingency plan other than come back after 5pm.

Great place to stay. Nice modern hotel. Great comfy rooms with premium complimentary tray in room. Great shower, pleasant staff and a champagne/wine bar on the top level with good views

Check in was poor waited 30 mins to then go to the room and find it was not the room we booked When I went back to reception I was told I needed to wait until everyone else had been checked in before they could sort us out we asked to speak with the manager

Loved the 5th floor brasserie and view. Receptionist, Rose, offered great service I’m pretty sure we were downgraded in room choice, but by the time we went to the room, which was Several hours after check in, I didn’t feel like pushing to swap, and then with Rose’s lovely and attentive service on checkout, I completely forgot!

I would have rated this hotel 10 out of 10 but the beds let it down the mattresses are to soft and dip in the midde , everything else was faultless Perfect cleanliness Great facilities Good location Fab view from the roof top bar overlooking the race couse
