The hotel is ideally situated for exploring the city. Personally I didn't like not being able to open a window. The hotel is perfectly functional but has no atmosphere whatsoever. Parking is too expensive

Staff at the hotel couldn't have been more helpful. The room was fantastic, large spacious, immaculately presented. Breakfast was lovely, great selection of dishes to choose from (I can definitely recommend the full English and also the baked egg and chorizo)

Great location

Lovely modern hotel, perfectly located for a short stroll into town & just across the road from the racecourse! Lots of parking spaces underneath the hotel too & 2 large public car parks very close by. Lovely comfortable bed & nice decor. Excellent breakfast options too.

Our 8th visit to the abode and will be the last , Room was filthy and smelt damp . When you book a suite you expect a little bit of luxury unfortunately this was not luxury it was far from it.

Nice hotel but overpriced

The lady at reception was rude, there were crumbs on the bed, the iron didn’t work the sink was leaking and when we voiced our concerns we were met with “ok” by the reception

Property is looking a little tired and in need of some TLC! Room very clean, bathroom great size! Clean but again could do with bit of TLC. Breakfast was disappointing but it was free in our deal. I wouldn’t pay extra to have this if nit included, I’d go into town which is a 5-10 min walk away. Location good, parking good. Rooms on front a little noisy due to road. Would I stay again? If I could get a good deal yes!
