Room was lacking in amenities for a four star hotel. The electrics didn’t work on one side of the room, no plugs next to the bed and the water in the room was at cost. However, location is very good if you are headed to the city centre

Was here for a friends birthday so was only in the room to sleep and to shower the next morning. Room was comfy, clean and great to sleep in. No noise disturbance at all. Shower was great. Only downside was the TV. It’s low on the wall and the remote wasn’t good. Parking is limited and the bays are tight but at £20 couldn’t really complain considering it’s under the hotel itself and others in walking distance are similarly priced. As I said though I literally needed somewhere to sleep rather than to spend the day in and this more than did the trick. Great value too.

Bar closed at 22:00 had to pop out to a Tesco express for a drink Breakfast was slow serving had to wait 30 minutes for our cooked breakfast 2 water bottles left in the room but you had to pay £2.50 if you drank it absolutely shocking

Loved the room—spacious, quiet and with fantastic views. The beds were huge and exceptionally comfy. The only niggles were unreliable Wi-Fi and service that could have been friendlier and more proactive. Otherwise, we really enjoyed our stay.

Very friendly staff, unfortunately there was a stain on the bed sheets which were changed when requested, walking to the room the corridor smelt of cigarette smoke. The room wasn’t 100% accurate to the photos online.
