Unfortunately having to pay parking on top, as this wasn't stated when we booked. We booked the hotel because we have electric car and wanted to charge onsite, the chargers were on site but NOT belong to the hotel, so none of the staff could assist, the sign associated with the chargers was not the same as the suppliers, so were unable to call for assistance too, the chargers we couldn't get to work, so we had to travel off site to charge the vehicle, disappointing. Now we know the hotel is not responsible however assistance should be there should your clients require any help? Or it should not be advertised as EV chargers on site, unless responsibility is taken to help patrons should they need it, not to simply state " they are not the hotels and we cannot help, sorry"

We Stayed one night and from the time we arrived to the time we left, the service was excellent. The staff were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We asked for a last minute late checkout and they were able to accommodate us.

The food was completely tasteless. ON the plus side, they have decent teabags! Very convenient for the racecourse where I was attending a conference Noisy guests in adjoining rooms (despite me asking to move as soon as I saw them in the hotel!!) who kept me awake until after 3 am, shouting and banging doors - the reception team were good and came to see them when complaints were made by myself and other surrounding rooms, however, this didn't stop them having to be told 3 times to be quiet I did speak to the hotel manager the next morning who has dealt with the issue, but it did spoil the overall experience of this hotel

Excellent from day one.the staff were excellent from start to finish.free tea and coffee in the hotel.check in was easy and professional.nothing was a problem.breakfast was excellent and the chamber staff you didn’t really see but they were definitely there as the rooms were gleaming.we will definitely be back.looking at dates for next year.thank you everyone
