We have been here couple times now. Our first experience being very good. This time I was slightly disappointed I'm a little fussy with food so I do change things. But doing that meal looks tiny. Last time they were happy to ask if I wanted extra chips or something this time no option got what I got. Same breakfast aswell an extra sausage or bacon would be nice or to be asked at least. Also assumed I wanted fried eggs. NEED TO ASK. Thinking about it now it's a little expensive for what you get. It's a nice area by the river thaugh.

I'm sorry you were left feeling slightly let down this time, as you can see from your previous stays, this is not the norm for us.We always do check backs during your dining experience, so if you would like anything extra, please ask and our servers will look after you.That is the spec for how our breakfasts are served, but again we would've gladly got you more meat items had you requested.Again, i apologise we fell short for you on this occasion.

Excellent location on river. Good quality tea and coffee in room. Excellent breakfast. Comfortable beds. Room was very clean but more attention to detail required with flooring in restaurant area.

Make sure you don’t get room 1 or 2 as they are not in the photos and look nothing like what’s advertised.

Beautiful location beside the river. Staff very helpful. Comfortable bed and room was good. Noise from adjacent rooms plumbing was a negative but overall good to excellent

Hotel is in a excellent location for the city centre, nice river walks and boat trips, great breakfast and also free parking.
