Excellent staff

The staff were very friendly and were helpful to not only me and my partner but also to an older couple when we arrived at the hotel. The breakfast was also great with a wide variety to choose from (I would have liked to see more choice of cereals though). The only improvement I would make is the interior of the hotel is starting to look a bit dated so a refurbishment wouldn't be unwelcome.

Nice hotel in a good location. Friendly and helpful staff and a good breakfast. Room was a little dated and could do with being brought up to date. I would stay again though.

The Mill was in a great location for our needs, close to key tourist attractions. The bar, staff and general ambience were great.

Nice stay but needs updating.

Lovely stay in a room with a view of the canal and a balcony, however if you sat on the balcony you looked at a wall. You can only see the canal on tip toes over the wall. We be paid extra for the balcony and canal view but it was a waste of money. No air-con so we left the patio doors open and the fan on. There was a fridge which was a surprise . We had bottle water on the 1st morning morning we had to request for the next two. The breakfast was lovely and fresh the waiting staff were great.
