Good one night stay

It was a quick stay and the room had everything we needed, the only gripes i had was the duvet had staines on it and some strange staines on the floor but other then that everthing was perfect

The staff were all exceptional , very welcoming, helpful and cheerful, the hotel was perfect for our two day stay. So nice to see staff that seemed to enjoy their job , nothing was too much trouble , would thoroughly recommend this hotel .

Couple get away

Ian on the front desk was lovely, attentive and helped us with extra amenities plus directions for dinner. If i could him 5* alone i would. The bed was too hard for us. Breakfast was okay but cant complain when its free. Location is great. Parking a little expensive £16 for 24hrs

Very friendly staff. Rooms very clean and well serviced.Great location and easy access to High Street and attractions. Great breakfasts and even pizza and chips now available in the evening plus a bar.

Well positioned for town centre. One lift out of two was out of order. TV didn't work. skirting boards had damp rot. Dining room was chaotic with nowhere to sit for breakfast, and is clearly inadequate for the size of the hotel. Staff seemed to be going through the motions and didn't really seem to engage with customers. English breakfast was self service, with the usual cold baked beans and leather like bacon. Room was stiflingly hot despite turning the heating right down. On the plus side, I did however have a quiet nights sleep.

Staff were great! Pleasant and friendly. Sheet were incredibly fresh and pleasant as always in holiday in. A real disappointment when the sink was clog trying it for the first time 12 o’clock at night and made me gag. It put a bummer on things. It made a disappointment.
