The breakfast menu was excellent, the staff on duty again excellent and helpful. The evening meal had a good range on the menu, your chef was very good and produuced quality fare. Very happy with the cleanliness of my room. the bar and front of house staff were very helpful. In fact the all the staff were a credit to the hotel.

Outstanding hotel the rooms were so so good And the view just spot on was very impressed with this hotel and the staff Folkestone has never been on my radar for a break, however after staying here on our way home from France we will definitely be staying here in the future if only to see the hotel and the staff

The breakfast was varied and plentiful as on offer is continental style as well as a full English. Coffee and tea is self-served from a machine and I think it was amongst the best tasting coffee I have experienced from a machine. The staff and in particular Max was so friendly and helpful.

Quiet room with plenty of space and comfy beds. Fabulous breakfast with lots of options for everyone. Apartment 2 in the basement was clean and spacious. Enough light for the purpose but no view at all. Easy access to the storefront and quiet evenings. Parking a little convoluted but possible. Both street and hotel ticketed parking available but self service.

Great location on sea front. Shops and take aways nearby - we arrived after 7 and managed to get some fish and chips. Nice apartment with separate bathrooms. Only issue was there's a security light outside that goes off randomly and is very bright and penetrates the sides of the curtains.
