The room was ok but housekeeping needs improving. They did not change the sheets daily or clean the floors. The coffee was not replenished after the first day so I had to go down to the lobby. For the price I was disappointed in the service.

La habitación sucia, fueron días de caos, no realizaban el aseo, tenia que ir a solicitarlo el cambio de toallas, después de varias quejas realizaron la limpieza solo tendieron camas y cambiaron toallas, no tenia jabón en el baño, los dispensadores vacíos, me hicieron cobros en la factura de comida que no ingerí. Un hotel muy costoso para un servicio tan malo, no lo recomiendo

Excellent hotel. We checked in last minute late at night after a cancelled flight, and the front desk was so understanding and accommodating. Great customer service, clean comfortable room, and one of the quietest hotels I’ve ever stayed in! Exactly what we needed after a crazy day of travel complications.

Really not the same experience this time around. The walls of the bathroom had toothpaste spit all over them… requested to get the room cleaned and this never got addressed. Super gross. Also, the beds are OMG back breaking. Upgrade is needed desperately for a comfortable night sleep. The pillows too…. Just sub par all round. Not nice to go to the back of the building and walk through a cloud of weed smoking employees… stayed a week and wanted to leave day 2… the amount of money I spent for a week stay can’t be recouped but I will never spend my money here again and am questioning my status with Marriot altogether.

Cold non carpeted floors, confusing shower, lack of a shower chair even though I was told that the room came with it, no microwave in room, no dressers, iron wasn’t working, staff hardly spoke clear English, did not give me all of my packages. Only thing going for it was the location. I will never stay there again.
